First: Great chapter. I'm really enjoying all the girls sitting together to talk through this whole ordeal.
Second: I'll admit I was curious about Tenten as well. If you were to drop her I don't think it would interfere with the story to much, she's already made a lot of progress with understanding what it means to be strong.
Sakura being added makes sense when Mei joins, since it will keep the number of "Konoha" girls equal to the "foreign" girls. Instead of Tenten I honestly see more of an opportunity for Iwa (the only country not in the contract) to try and destabilize Konoha by trying to add in Kurotsuchi and throw off the balance. But getting Kurotsuchi to agree to marry the 4th Hokage's son (let alone like him) is a complete story in and of itself. It's a tough decision, and I think your right leaving the ninth spot open for now.

A Buffy fic, huh? I might have to check that out. I haven't seen Buffy in probably 15 years, so my knowledge of the show is severely lacking. What I do remember is the actor that played Xander continued the series along with the TV show, Angel into a comic book series.
I recently re-read all of The Last Prayer up to this point, and while mostly everything has progressed naturally, such as Tsunade becoming the 5th Hokage, there is one thing that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, and that's Naruto's exponential growth. Not trying to pick a fight, but unless everyone else that Naruto comes into conflict with where Naruto has to struggle to win and/or keep up with, then Naruto at this point should be able to one-shot literally everyone he has fought with up to this point probably being Itachi and maybe Orochimaru, but that's a bit of a stretch.
For example, Naruto's fight with Orochimaru in the town that they found Tsunade. At that point, Naruto had access to The Flying Thunder God, Kurama/Kyubi Chakra Mode (KCM 1) and Sage Mode. Now Naruto was poisoned early on in the fight, and Orochimaru still had the use of both of his arms and was still in possession of a usable body; however, Naruto after getting Sage Mode, and especially after getting Kurama's chakra should have been more than enough to outright kill the snake-nin.
Then there's the bit where Sasuke is able to use the power of his Sharigan to reach into Naruto's seal, and "cut off" Naruto's access to Kurama's chakra. The reason why it worked in the anime/manga was from my understanding Naruto was trying to suppress Kurama's chakra and that no one expected Sasuke to have the ability, nor the power to do so. It's even implied that that during the time period between the ending of part 1 and the beginning of part 2, Sasuke allowed and let Orochimaru to perform experiments on him so that he could become strong enough to kill Itachi.
However, the reason I have trouble trying to understand how Sasuke is able to that in the story, is that Naruto's is so far above Sasuke at this point, that the moment Sasuke reached Naruto's and Kurama's seal/psyche, they should have been able to kick him out, even if they weren't expecting it. Even if every time Orochimaru met with Sasuke in private and continuously gave him some sort of "drug" that further increased the power of the curse mark and his own strength, Naruto still should have been able to at least attempt to kick him out of his psyche.
Now I understand that power isn't everything and it shouldn't be, but there are times where if the gap of power between two individuals is too large to fathom, or comprehend, then no matter what the weaker of the two tries to do, it shouldn't change the outcome.
I apologize if this sounds like flaming, it's not. I really enjoy reading a new chapter every time I get a notification.
Besides all of that though, I did really enjoy this chapter. From Sasuke getting his ass beat, to the copius amounts of "painting" that Naruto did with Kurenai's "walls", to Tsunade's coronation and finally to the unofficial wedding, I liked everything about the chapter. Especially, the part at the end where Tsunade basically tells Naruto that the way the outside world works isn't always going to be what you want it to be, or fit into your plans. I always liked how Naruto continuously fights against "the system of society" and does what he wants, when he wants, within reason of course, but there are times where you have to swallow your pride, and do what's best for everyone else, even if you hate it.
I am curious how you will be able to fit in Tenten and Sakura into Naruto's little polycule without forcing them into it. Sakura is much closer to Naruto than Ten, but she still seems to have feelings for Sasuke and while her opinion of Naruto has changed for the better, she seems to love having sex with Naruto more than the man himself.
Whereas, Tenten has come to appreciate Naruto and does genuinely seem to like their "sessions" together, there hasn't been many chances for just the two of them to spend time together.
And while I do love me some Kurenai, I agree that some of Naruto's other wives should get some of the spotlight. Here's hoping to see more of your work in the future.

Great chapter can't wait for the next one this was a good filler tho. I think you can reach it there's tons of women in the verse you can add n have it make sense it just depends on what you're looking for. Its your story so you write what you want.

Yahoo! An update. I'm so glad to see this wonderful fic updated. I'm glad to finally see Naruto and Kurenai have some sex again. :)
I enjoyed the dinner scene. I thought it was cute how Hinata dressed up for it. I hope to see more of Hinata making the effort to keep up.
I loved the sex scene with Ino. I do hope Tenten can be reinserted into the group.
