It depends if you want Harry to have a similar power to five, or a different one that can almost compliment it. For some reason I keep thinking about Jojo stands and giving Harry the powers of dio’s the world if you want his powers to be similar or giorno’s golden experience, with maybe a few elements representing his MoD aspect, if you want opposite would be cool. Time and space of five going with harry’s Life and death. Also, really hope to see more soon!

I hope you update soon this looks promising especially that pairing!
As for powers for Harry; I agree with Mary D. Black2000 there. The ability to stop time seems legit. Like stopping the whole time for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, with small side variations of the ability like, stopping the time on specific objects eg. stopping a persons time to freeze him/her into a statue, or putting objects into stasis until he releases it like food( a valuable gift post apocalypse). Maybe the ability of freezing a body's internal clock to stop aging or conversely agitating it to rapid aging, turning people into dust in seconds.
The power could be attributed to the Deathly Hallows, as everything bows to time in the end, just like death... or something like that, I just think the phrase is so catchy 'everything bows to time'

Or maybe make him perceive time in a different way, slower or faster. Maybe he couldn’t control it at first and so his perception of time caused him to “forward” time (in reality it’s just how he perceived it and his body didn’t age). He ended up in the apocalypse of his world then the world restarted and he didn’t age for a while. Time continue to move slower or quickly and it wasn’t until he ended on a second apocalypse that he could control them fully, by then he was just a teenager still. Maybe

How about shield and invisibility. In my head I see it as a male version fight of Voyd and Violet from the Incredibles 2. Or maybe a combo of Voyd and Violet’s powers. Like your story and will look out for the next chapter... with patience cause I know how uncontrollable life can be. Bye-bee~~
