You got a good grasp on some Monokuma tactics! Though at the same time, I get the feeling that I may need to do a reread if the killer should be obvious here already. But then again, as far as I know, only a few would be able to kill this Junko Enoshima...

Moving onto the evidences though, I read through the previous chapters again and the Monokuma File did state that the time of death was "around 9:30 pm." Or perhaps I missed something? Because in this chapter, they referred to that time as "the time of which the body was found." Hahaha I'm pretty confused but good work anyway!
Re-reading the previous chapters again made me notice some little things that might be foreshadowing big changes regarding your story from the Danganronpa plot that we know. Then again I could just be reading too much into it :P
Looking forward to what more surprises you have in store! ;)

The one who screamed was obviously Aoi, she can't handle the fact her best friend was the murderer. Granted her memories are erased, but still.

Wow, this is so exciting! I'm guessing the killer could be Sakura. Seeing as that bloody bandage Makoto was holding onto could have come from the bandages around Sakura's arms. Add in the fact that Mukuro suffered internal bleeding, there must have been quite the struggle between her and the assailant, and there are few of them who can last against the Ultimate Soldier in a fight. It's very likely that Sakura was just ordered by Junko to kickstart the killings. Very nice, very nice.
Great job again and I'm liking the narrative so far. :)

Sorry, it's been awhile since I last reviewed your story. It's definitely going pretty good if the reviews and follows are anything to go by. Also, what was Naegi doing with that cloth? He can't be the murderer, he's the main character, not to mention his name tag in on this story. Perhaps it was for his own wound... or wae it really from Mukuro? Now you've got me confused.

Ok... i can tell how someone could kill mukuro.
(Probably poison then a wound...) but still how Muku would die like this. Only Junko or Naegi could approach her without suspicion
