Hm, cause of death unexplained, which means, as always, it is key to determining the killer. Gash on the back of the head, discoloured skin (like... bruises or something else?), internal injuries...
My wild speculation based on the info from the Monokuma file and canon events:
The killer caught Junko off guard and inflicted the gash on the back of the head (with what, we don't know yet). The blow was intended to kill Junko, but because Junko is actually Mukuro (I assume this isn't changed), it didn't kill her, thus a fierce struggle ensues, which accounts for the numerous internal injuries and discoloured skin (if they are, in fact, bruises). Junko/Mukuro died either from the internal injuries, or from strangulation (maybe during the fight, the killer got her in a strangle hold or something and that killed her off). Either way, the gash was definitely not the cause of death.
Among the students, who is strong enough to win against Mukuro in a fight? Sakura.
Why? Maizono was supposed to kickstart the killings, but she didn't. Disappointed, and seeing that no one else was willing to kill, Junko ordered Sakura, her spy, to kill off her sister, because she's a troll.
No idea how Naegi's bloody bandage fits into this, lol.
Anyway, great chapter! I enjoyed putting together theory of mine :) Looking forward to the next chapter!

Wow, it just got more interesting. I'm looking forward to how you do the class trials for this one, and how the dynamic between the characters change if everyone finds out about what Sayaka did. Keep up the good work :)
