Its an interesting story and I enjoyed reading it but I don't understand why he is suddenly going by Aegon. I know that is the name that his mother gave him but it does not Invalidate the name that his father/uncle gave him. Just like if someone is adopted the name they were given by their adoptive parents and raised with is their name as long as they don't wish to change it back to the name their birth parent gave them. So much of his Identy is wrapped up in being Ned Stark's son that I don't see him discarding Jon and just because Ned was really his uncle does not make him any less Jon's dad.
