your review rules are a bit silly. you are essentially saying dont leave reviews unless they are positive? anyway i am not 'bashing' you but your first couple chapters could do with an editing pass. you switch a bit between first person narrations (six) and third person omniscient (everyone else). it doesnt really blend well and is a bit confusing.

If you think about it now, if the canon RWBY team had the same killer instinct as the characters in this fanfic, our heroes would have beaten villains such as Roman, Mercury, and Emerald a long time ago. Considering the types of weapons they have, their Semblances, and their overall teamwork, if they could even get over the need to kill people like Cinder to protect the innocent, then half of the canon villains might not stand a chance against Team RWBY. All these girls needed from the beginning was a mentor like Master Chief who would open their eyes to the more brutal and grim reality of the world around them and that sometimes you have to get your hands dirty to protect the world. Unfortunately, instead they got idiots like Ozpin who didn't really teach them anything.

I'm really looking forward to Six's confrontation with Hazel and how our Spartan calls this bastard out for his hypocrisy. Hazel complains about how the system Ozpin has created is killing people like his sister, drawing them into his shadow war, and yet it was because of his little tip that Myne's parents, people who had no connection whatsoever with Ozpin and his system, were killed. He let three innocent people die even though he saw that they didn't work for the Beacon director. I sincerely hope Six finds out about this and gives that bastard hell on earth.
