Interesting chapter, the POV changes were a bit abrupt at times at least in my opinion however they were at least well done. Also I'm slightly concerned that Nezu now has the beginnings of magic.

Cliffhanger! Now that i have that out of my system, time to state that I am curious if Izuku is the only Warlock or if the villians have a warlock on their side because as thou agony is said many old ones have more than one servant. However its hard to believe that Izuku is the only warlock out there considering the amount of large demons there are.
