Honestly, the problem with this fic is not that it follows cannon. Most fics follow cannon since it gives authors a timeline to write around. The problem with this fic is that you didn't follow the rule for a good crossover. A good crossover takes one element from one of the two works and puts it in the other. By one element I do mean one element. In this case it should have been Izuku gaining his patron. You went way overboard when you gave everyone dnd elements. The reason this is not good is because Izuku is no longer special in the least. Your summary says soft cross, it's not a soft cross when everyone has dnd elements and you even have Izuku's mother having a patron.
