The story clearly lacks grammar and punctuation, to be honest. I can read it and sometimes I cannot, probably due to paragraphing and general flow or rhythm. I've grown to prefer the classic "novel" layout, this just isn't doing it for me.

I see potential, this can be a good original story. Some people like them short. Just lacks finesse. A bit more refinement, if you will. A year or two and story making will just snap. Give it time. I went from using a script format to a classic book, it's second instinct. It can be for you too.

I believe this quote might be relevant. "Just jump in and start telling your story. Believe me, no one else can tell it quite the way you will." - Mark Crilley

Never mind the story, how in the hell did you suffer a rod knock in your truck? That is an extremely weird thing to have happen. I mean, I'm no mechanic or anything, but the only other time I've heard of that happening is when someone is changing their oil, doesn't put the filter on properly, and then drives for like a few hours and their engine gets destroyed. I mean, isn't the rod knock the least of your worries? How is the engine in your truck even working at all?! Did it get totaled?

And for the record, I have never heard any farmer call beer "adult beverages". Ever. That's the weirdest thing in this story by far.

PS: You're not the liquor. John Dunsworth is.

This is so grammatically incompetent. Why would you promote this?
