Dipper seems very inpersonable here. like he's disconected, which can be a coping mechanism so if you were aiming for that, props to you. if not you may want to touch it up a bit.

Another great start.
So far I'm loving the story. I do have one small nitpick. It's the dates. If Dipper is supposed to be 13, then to Wendy it is 2013 at the latest not 2018. The twins were born in 1999. In 2018 Dipper would be 18 going on 19 & Wendy would be 21. 2018 should be the future year for the 5 year difference.
