Albus' "reasoning" in his bid to get Harry under his control at Hogwarts shows just how desperate he is.
Harry is in the US - Tom isn't. Tom is in BRITAIN...where Albus wants Harry to go ON PURPOSE? That's such a stupid argument especially combined with the fact that Harry is already way ahead of his year mates.
And everyone whining that Harry "needs friends" as an excuse to lure Harry to Hogwarts to make said "friends" is a ludicrous reason for him to voluntarily put himself right in Tom's home grounds.
I can't believe that either Harry or Sirius would fall for it and definitely not that fast.
And Andi needs to be kicked right back out of the Black family. Traitors should not be welcome.
Plus, Albus certainly hasn't done anything to clear Sirius' name...which he so easily could...but FOR SOME REASON didn't bother...
This story would drive me nuts to try to finish it with these plot problems so I'm out. The writing is great...just the lack of logic being used by the characters is ulcer-inducing.

Honestly the one thing I can confidently say is that the hogsmede dementor attack was far to forced. For starters it plays to much into the extreme incompetence of fudge to send a massive force of dementors there with mostly unsupervised kids. Not even he is that stupid, all in all i just don't think it really worked as a event.
