A perfect little horror of a tale. I decided this deserved more than a one-line review so here I am again! It fell down in one place however-not a fault in your writing skill or ability to tell a riveting tale, all that was in place, but rather in your life experience, much like the demon. It's just a little something about raising humans you didn't know when you wrote this that I do, happened to pick it up somewhere along the line. Without a human face to smile at her in the appropriate places your little Chibous would have never made it out of infancy.
See, there was an inadvertent experiment conducted in an orphanage many decades ago now. In this orphanage the infants were given everything they would need for their physical care. But no matter how they were cared for they did poorly. Except for the one in the crib by the door which always thrived. It didn't matter what baby was put in this crib, or if the baby was switched out for another in the room-for there were many infant beds in this room-this crib always contained the baby that thrived and was happy and responsive. So they tested and tested as many variables as they could think of, but couldn't solve the conundrum. Until finally one doctor decided to watch the bed day and night. And in the watches of the night he observed the solution. At about nine the last round of doctors went home. A single doctor remained on call and could expect a phone call at home if anything went wrong in the night. Lights were switched off. Silence fell. The doctor remained seated in the nurse's station but kept that one crib within sight. He sat in the dark, observing. At around midnight he heard the front door. It was the cleaning lady using her key to let herself into the clinic. Sitting in the darkness of the nurse's desk in the hallway, the doctor listened to the cleaning lady work her way around the building. At about 2;30 the lights came on in the room with the infants. He listened to the woman wield her tin bucket and mop around the room. As the doctor watched, the woman finished mopping a few minutes later and stopped just in the doorway through which the doctor was watching. He saw her slowly straighten up, massage her back and come to lean on the crib closest to her. The last crib in the room she'd come to as she mopped up. She leaned into the crib and began sweet talking the little one, making silly faces and laughing softly. Finally she lifted the baby out of the crib and cuddled it against her ample bosom, tucking it's head between her shoulder and head. The doctor approached the woman and asked some questions.
Turned out she washed up using the same pattern every night, finishing up with this baby, which ever little tyke was in this bed and she cuddled and smiled and sweet talked that baby in that bed. And that was why that baby always thrived: it was loved and that made all the difference. The others were supplied their physical needs but none of the people who worked there were going out of their way to interact lovingly with the children. They were just supplying clinical needs without addressing their emotional needs. Didn't even know they had any such need. these doctors and nurses weren't particularly fond of babies. The cleaning lady was.
Later it was learned through tests that babies read their caretaker's faces and if you want to hear an infant cry nonstop and wither away and die, all you have to do is show it a neutral face. that's right, just withhold your smiles and you can kill an infant. So you see the clever demon would have to do a lot more than just provide his Chibous with her every physical need. He would also have to 'love her' either going through the motions or in fact, a thing I'm sure he'd probably decide wasn't worth it. Better to snatch them when they were toddlers and not so delicate and raise them from that stage. So...yeah!

This story is magnificent. I find it even more impactful and terrifying than The Promised Neverland.

i absolutely love how messed up this is and i love how you actually keep Sebastian in character as his cruel manipulative, selfish, utterly, evil self. Also the horror of his grooming, livestock relationship with Ciel without the bounds of a contract.

PLEASE write more Sebastian horror stories. This story is excellent and I want more. You do horror really really well.
Also, disgustingly there are too many SebaCiel stories polluting the internet. Your tales are so refreshing and unique

Bro, horror is your craft and you are a master. I really enjoyed this story.
I think that demons are born but it doesn't matter because this story is compelling. I really really enjoyed it. GREAT JOB

To the last guest review:
I can't confirm the canon of the anime/manga but the head cannon I used when writing was that demons could reproduce successfully with any species if in the right form. I don't think his children would be half demon and you could justify that two ways:
a) he isn't in his demon form and if he was, it wouldn't work because different species can't reproduce with each other.
b) perhaps demons don't actually reproduce
Some people think that demons are created, not born. This could make sense as Sebastian hasn't shown sexual interest in anyone - when he has it was to get information out of them to complete an order, not "just for the fun of it". If demons don't need to reproduce to forward their species they wouldn't have sexual instincts unlike other animals, and you could look at Sebastian's behaviour and see that (eg Season 1 episode 9 where he doesn't stop to look at Ran-Mao but all the human males do)
Nothing is confirmed so again, it's up to you.

6/27/2019 c1 SorryThank you
Sorry, does that mean that Sebastian is eating his half demon kids? Are Demons made for reproduceing, or do they just kind of exist?I dont think that angels reproduce, though admittedly I havent looked into it. I suppose you coud say that in human form, Sebastian has a human reproduction system (everything else about his human form is biologically perfect, why not?)- and thats the explination that I'm going with for now, just so everything makes sense in my head.
