You honestly felt a rape warning was needed for that? how fragile do you think people are xD
but I get it I guess, tho I would argue that the warning about rape would drag up more unpleasant memories for them than the mention of it in the story did, the mention in the story was just a stray thought that lead to nowhere.

I think I'd be really pissed if I were Lani. She may be physically 7 but she's mentally and emotionally an adult. Being treated like a child and condescended to, not to mention being sent to her room as a punishment, would just piss me off. I find her easy acceptance of it unrealistic.

wow dumb choice
if i was going into marvel with there's choices, unknowing of where I'd end up? I'd definitely choose the wolverine (for survival), mans best friend (cause you have no idea life will bring and better to error of the side of caution...plus loneliness), and muggleborn with a natural legilimens ability. planeswalker I'd something you should pick after you've actually earned/gained your skills, not right off the bat

This is a very interesting story, and I binge read it all today. It's very light on the Gamer mechanics, they're practically not there aside from the Reload mechanic. I'm a bit mixed on how I feel about that, since most Gamer stories don't have that mechanic, but also this doesn't really feel like a Gamer story without all the other staples. I also feel like Lani hasn't been making hardly any use of her Runscript, especially since escaping Hydra back in the first few chapters. Aside from those, I enjoyed this and I hope that you're doing alright.
I'd like to see this story continue one day.

She didn't even try to save the others via load game/time loop? Even if the idea didn't occur to her (ignorance/dumb) that's a bit too dark for me. If the others "have" to die at least try and fail.
Lastly I get that she can only go back to the previous save point, and has no skills built up. Regardless, it's just extremely jarring to imagine someone that doesn't consider trying or chose not to.
