You just revealed why it would be pointless to use the ORCA against Ghidorah and why the Monsterverse!Ghidorah is so friggin' terrifying: Ghidorah cannot be controlled. You try to use something like the ORCA and all you're doing is sending him a challenge which he'll be more than willing to accept. He doesn't bow to anyone, if anything, he sees himself as the one others should be bowing TO.

amazing even in death Vivienne is still awesome, though I wonder that now she is dead and under the control of Monster Zero does she know any secrets concerning Monster Zero of his inner thoughts or his real name cause it would be awesome if she appears before Dr. Serizawa and co and explains what monster Zero (or King Ghidorah as she learns he is called) intends to do to the world and what is needed to defeat him.

Sally Hawkins really deserved better. I mean come on, she died without ever really a reason for us the audience to care that she died. You adding that Dr. Vivienne Graham was actually incharge of Ghidorah’s outpost and possibly knowing the best about it would have been a nice touch for the actual movie. It’s actually giving me some ideas.
