This is really great. I'm scared of Percy's reaction when he finds out Claire has betrayed him.

One of the most vital areas of control is the sea, which by proxy allows whoever has ownership of it, control of the coasts.
Through the simple fact that you can prevent or allow the shipment of goods from reaching their destination.
I would love to see Percy command one of the greatest Naval army in Westeros. Most Percy Jackson x GOT/ASOIAF crossovers have him stay on dry land.
Not enough have him taking the obvious homefield advantage. Forgetting that he has other sea based abilities due to his heritage, like,Control over watercrafts (basically any type of ship) telepathically, i.e. command ships to stop, go, raise/drop the sails or anchor, etc.
- Instinctually knows how to operate any sea vessels (ships) even without prior knowledge.
- Has perfect bearing in the sea (exact navigational coordinates) so he can’t get lost at sea.
- Can sense anything living in the water, through feel or heat. Percy has stated that even though the ocean was dark he could still see things clearly.
Honestly he doesn’t even need warships to take down other ships. He can swim and breath underwater, all he has to do is swim over to the other ships and sabotage them by taking control of it or the water surrounding it.
Please have Percy seek dominion over the sea, that would be legendary.

why is it that zeus is so cartoonishly evil in every fic, and the rest of the gods are so Percy whipped

i think the way your doing the wealth is a bit iffy. for a peasant, 5 golden dragons would see a family through a year without fear for food. its doubtful a brothel would set him back that much and the trove from hades should have been more, either that or the iron bank fully ript him off.
