Loved the chapter. Hoping the next one will come soon. Also, something that would be really cool, and quite a big change (in addition to the other changes), is that you could have Arya stay with Percy until she is of age or something as a ward, and have Percy teach her to fight and how to be a lady

Ahhh I remember this work. Definitely not bad with decent characterisation but that first chapter needs a rewrite.

Think I skipped the first chapter when I first read this because it wasn't great but now that I'm rereading it after the update one of the few things I noticed was "chaotic steel?" It can kill anything but gods making it the strongest metal... Celestial bronze and imperial gold damage and kill gods just fine. Not really very strong then. This must have gotten pretty good directly after this chapter cause I'm kind of cringing reading it.

Fantastic chapter! Very interested to see how you portray other prominent figures in the series

What discount dragon is this, almost a year old and still cannot breathe fire. In the show dragons were able to breathe fire within a few days of being born.

20 acres is nowhere enough to establish a city. At best it could be considered a small village.

I love world building in my fics, and so far Percy is doing a nice job of that. I do wish, though, that he'd take more pleasure from his role.
I've noticed you haven't done anything with the shadow powers Hades gave Percy other than being able to see in the dark. Was that forgotten about?
Is Percy able to breathe underwater still? It hasn't happened yet or been answered in this fic. There are likely very valuable shipwrecks sitting on the bottom of the sea that only he could access.
I hope you come back to this one.

When the iron islands revolt, Percy should free some of the many slaves that the iron islands have, especially the ones in the mines. They would be perfect candidates to join his new city.

My immediate problem is that Percy's fatal flaw is loyalty, and he would not forget Annabeth, especially not that quickly.

ugh, I can't stand these wish novels. Especially when there's some omnipotent being doing it. It's just too cringe. It's way better to just have unexplained reincarnation and powers.

Your saying they can build a castle with 60 ft high walls which are 8 ft thick in two years? Sorry to say but no. Cutting the stones for something of that size would probably take at minimum half a year with the tools available at the time. Most castle walls in the medevial period were at most 30ft tall and thoes normally toom between 5-10 years (for a regular castle, just a castle) only smaller castles could be built as quick as two years. Percy however is building a castle and a city wall. Don’t get me started on the 40 MILE long STONE sewage tunnel. Whic would probably take even longer than the castle.

Dialogue is pretty meh (how tf did Olenna even knew they are in a planet? Also, "Dear" King Robert? Really?) and pacing is awful but the premise still somewhat interests me.
Yeah, the mind influence thingy is still a bit of stretch but ok, I guess. Tho I find it hard to believe that he can influence Ned into giving him a whole-ass land yet he can't influence someone close to him into not betraying him lol. Btw was that Claire?
Also, the Targaryens aren't the only dragon riding family in Old Valyria. Heck, they are even considered a minor house back then. Daenerys should've assumed that Percy must've been one of the dragonseeds left by the Valyrian Freehold, instead of assuming he was some sort of Targaryen pretender.
