While I liked the story - you introduced some very good premises about Ziva, Jenny, and the rest of that "gang" - the only problem I had was with the Tony/Fornell pairing. I don't mind Tony/Gibbs or Tony/McGee, or Tony/anyone (well, I'm not a Tiva fan, so just that one!), but for some reason, Tony/Fornell just gave me the heebie-jeebies. Don't know why.
But I loved everything else about this!
