Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
I was heading to bed last night when I saw the update (European time) and I wanted to read it right away, but 10K words? I HAD to wait until today.
But it was worth the wait!
Such a great chapter! I hate how Meg and Raoul kept it a secret from both of them because it'll be quite a shock for Erik (as it was for Christine), but at least he can't back out. Hahah!
It's all coming together and I'm so excited!

Yay, it's Meg! I really liked this chapter. I'm so glad that Jeremy was able to help Christine get her faith and her music back. I'm sorry she got hurt, but I'm glad she made her peace with it in the end. Anyway, I think she knew deep down in her heart that she really needs to see Erik again. I hope they manage to reconnect!

I’m hoping Christine hasn’t moved on and will forgive him for abandoning her.
It seems like there will be lots of nervous moments to come even just getting to the stage where they come face to face.

Hooray! You're back. I do love your writing. I'm so glad that Liliana told Erik to go to Christine. I loved that Raoul and Meg came to visit, and that they are engaged. So glad that they are all headed back to the states, with Erik determined to find Christine. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I'll admit I was NOT crazy about Lillian. It sounds silly, but it felt a bit like he was cheating on Christine. I'm glad she kept her distance to him and let him realize that he couldn't let Christine go.
I wonder what Christine's been doing all that time. I hope she's alright. At least she's still singing. I feel bad for her. Erik has known for so long who she is, but has done nothing while she's never had the chance to know his name. It's pretty unfair.

Darnit, I really wanted Kevin to go to jail. But I can see why the jury couldn't convict. Just community service, arrgh! And Erik and Christine want to start over at opposite ends of the earth. I hope so much that they can get back together. This was another great chapter; the trial really felt real.

Quick Thoughts and Rating: 5 stars! Such a delightful and brilliant way to express an extremely powerful story. This is in fact author's first work I read, but she seems to have complete control of her story and her style. Our author impeccably combined contemporary realism with fantasy and I can say It’s a captivating debut... Keep it up and looking forward for additional chapters and would adore to buy this book when published (of-course with the Author's Signature in the first page).

Oh my gosh, this CHAPTER! Noo, Erik, don't go! Ah, poor Christine. I hope she is able to recover fully from those horrific injuries. I'm glad she has Nadir. Erik and Raoul were real heroes in getting her out of the car and tackling Kevin. I hope Kevin goes to jail for a long, long time. This is such a suspenseful fic; you really keep me on the edge of my seat.
