With time to think about the differences of Unlimited Blade Works of Shirou and Archer, it really makes sense that Shirou isn't having a drawback with body of blades a difference of canon, this Shirou is younger more connected to an immature Unlimited Blade Works and less to the Logic of the World because he knows that exist but no what he can do with UBW even more importantly the rules of his Reality Marble haven't been defined by Archer influence. Right now Shirou is trying to truly see what he can make with UBW so is even more flexible on what he is capable of reach.
Hell, I even have lots of theories for the possibilities that a more internalized Reality Marble can manage to make possible:
Make his body have the properties of specific blades?
Acquire nature of the blades to imitate be demonic, holy, blessed or cursed being?
Increase his mystery weight using the experience and age of the blades that make his body and cheating on such form that he would skip multiple stages of the vampiric physiology?
Would he separate even more from the regular humans and become an Elemental of Steel/Blade?
Seriously Dead Apostle Ancestors are broken as fuck with BS skills and cheats with one of them being the RM, Shirou can probably get a place if he becomes one.

Ah, so this is how we get Saber. Well, I’m certainly happy. This is probably a better outcome than canon. Though it makes me wonder who will replace her in the War.
