The most beautiful, deep, soul touching and painful work I have ever read. The characters are unbelievably fleshed out and developed to the point of literary perfection. It's scary, it's disgustingly descriptive sometimes but also light in equal measure to the dark. The author elevated these characters, both humans and titans—and those in-between—to something real, that reaches out and tickles my brain just right.
This is a masterpiece, a work that words do no justice for.

Saw a comparison of a normal human skeleton and a human skeleton WITH fop. It... Isn't pretty, it looked as if portions of muscle turned into bone. It also looked... Extremely painful/uncomfortable on the outside on an adult.. Like, i saw chunks of skin bulging from muscle-turned-bone.

Fun Fact; A head of any creature that needs Oxygen to survive, can live up to several minutes (depends how much oxygen goes to the brain and how much of it is needed for the brain to function). Humans Survive up to 10-30 seconds after decapitation, so dead via decapitation ISN'T truly humane (although, it isn't clear if you can feel pain after being beheaded)!

this story was absolutely great and I hope you continue to make stories as amazing as this, I even had an idea pop in my head of something like this but with biollante but I'm not very good when it comes to story writing

I've just finished this up. I'm going to need a lot of time to process and a lot of time to stop choking up. This was a beautiful story and I thank you for bringing it to me. I can't wait to have a peek at the various supplementary materials. And I especially can't wait to see what kind of follow-ups people make of your wondrous Abraxas.

Oh, wow. I... I think this time, I needed a little longer than usual to process this ending chapter and let everything sink in before I could start composing and writing down my thoughts on it for this review. :O :O This ending made me gasp, I made me giggle with glee (both out loud), it made me cry, it made warmth seep out from my heart through me... :') :) :) You really nailed the close of 'Abraxas'. :)
I was quite pleased to see Viv 'n' San get some interaction with one of the couple Titans they haven't met face-to-face yet in the battle's aftermath, and I loved seeing how even in their merged state, Viv 'n' San still have the mutual-big-sibling, yin-yang, comforting-each-other dynamic with San comforting Vivienne about Thor's death. :) I also loved seeing Viv 'n' San's reaction to their final form's face and Methuselah's comment. You wrote Viv 'n' San explaining Thor's death to Manda really well, and I loved that call-back to San and his brothers' eaten other siblings at the very start of San's life story when San reminded Vivienne that not everything even gets to live as long as Manda.
That moment where Viv 'n' San leave Thor's mask on the roadside as a headstone to pay tribute to him... I loved that moment. :) And oh, my, it didn't occur to me until the next couple segments that Thor's death is the first death of a heroic Titan and passing of their species that humanity has seen. :O The RGF honouring Thor's sacrifice... that makes a warmth seep outwards through me. :)
The humanity with BabushkaGetYourAxe and the commenters responding to them really felt real and lifelike and warmed my heart. :) Also, reading MonarchRickTheSlick's new comments (especially the three-word one) makes me think that the TVTropes page's suggestion is maybe right and he really is the Rick we know! :'D You taking advantage of the text format to make me look up each of the memes and look up 'Spooky Scary Skeletons' for the first time is much appreciated for the new things it introduced me to - and man, Viv 'n' San's new music vid and the Rodan Santa meme both tickle me! :'D :'D You got me both laughing and gleeful right at "Rodan seems to like it based on what's happening at Yonaguni," and then the following comment about Manda just made me take it up an octave. :D I honestly break into loud laughter at how as a kind of minor catharsis factor and an emphasis on good triumphing over evil at the end, HumanityHellYeah gets banned from the chat. xD xD
When I read the preview of that scene between Godzilla and Mothra, I was surprised to learn Mothra knows of Viv 'n' San's fresh new titles among humans - it made me wonder if that's a sign that the old Bone Singer ways have already resurged amongst humans by the time of this scene before the chapter came out, and now I'm wondering if it hints Mothra knows what humans are calling Viv 'n' San because she read it in the minds of the Chen twins and Maddie with their telepathic link. :o Heh-heh, nice joke with Mothra covering Godzilla's eyes with her wings, and I laugh harder at the irony when I remember how KOTM Mothra's eyespots were modelled on Godzilla's eyes. :D
I was pretty anxious and eager to read what would happen in the hospital scene when we finally got to Susan. :) Viv 'n' San trying to ask for directions in town had me laughing out loud, which instantly turned into straight-up loud giggles when Manda started playing with the cars! :'D :'D The hospital's reaction (especially the nurse's) to Viv 'n' San visiting Susan was likewise so funny! :D :D And Susan asking Viv 'n' San who Manda's father is had me in giggles! :'D Susan's interactions with Viv 'n' San, San especially, honestly had me tearing up again; with Susan's epic and heart-rending speech about why she doesn't want to live longer as part of Abraxas, San's distress at the idea of losing the mother he's only just found like a lost child, Susan comforting her new son. And Susan's fading memory, San helping restore it, and Susan starting to picture a human San with the Graham family looks... :')
I've gotta say, because of my initial negative reaction to Viv 'n' San's initial merger in Chapter 17, I was pleased to see their personalities' continued level of individuality in the hospital scene and to see them revert to calling themselves a "we" and "brother" and "sister" whenever their personalities want to act separately of each-other. I really like to think they use the singular "I"/"me" when they're in their Christmas-Eyes default mode, and they revert to "we"/"us" and "brother"/"sister" when their personalities take turns with the flip-personality at showing dominance. For the same reasons, I really like how the hospital scene went out of its way to go into explicit detail on how Viv 'n' San's merger, and whether they're now Two or One or both, works when Susan asked Viv 'n' San question that was on my mind back in Chapter 17. :) And after you resolved this, when Viv 'n' San were lamenting the bitter downsides of them no longer having two separate heads, you perfectly encapsulated each and every other issue I initially had with the merger (with them being no longer able to touch, cuddle and forehead-kiss each-other) to give me closure. I'm not gonna lie, I found in the time after Chapter 17 was published that the idea the adorable sibling-duo were permanently a single being... You know that feeling when an utterly beloved TV show takes a turn that pisses you off, and whilst you still look back at that show a lot in the aftermath you notice on self-reflection it doesn't feel in your heart like it stands out from the other stuff anymore? I'll admit, initially the merger left that taste in my mouth. BUUUUUT this chapter's expansion on how the Mental Fusion works and how Viv 'n' San are still Two as much as they are One really helped to reverse that and restore this story to its bright feelig of specialness in my heart! :) :)
I say "Ho-how" looking back at when I first read the "Monarch Outpost [REDACTED], Pensacola, Florida" and recognised that location's GvK relevance. :) The mention of Dr. Andrews made me grin, and that reference to Camazotz's coming got an evil chuckle out of me when looking back! (That evil creepy bat is very much one of my favourite Titans.) :D I am SO delighted that Bernie Heyes too still exists in the Abraxasverse! :) I grin and wheeze, looking back at the first mention of Apex Cybernetics' name. :) I was surprised at how this version of Maia, despite what I was first expecting based on the GvK version of her, is a lot more charismatic and intelligent - it looks like this version very much has a case of adaptational-intelligence, compared to the nitwit who threatened Jia while Kong was standing there. Maia almost had the wool pulled over my eyes when she started bringing out the blueprints and I thought she was going to present Monarch with a design for a heroic-aligned, non-Ghidorah-y Mechagodzilla - ALMOST, until I remembered Madison's little look at Maia, and frankly I trust that kid's judgement. Ren seeming like Maia's type and then Ren checking Maia out at first put a sinking feeling of dread and horror in my stomach - my first thought being that she'll exploit that if Ren's feelings towards her deepen so as to manipulate Ren into willingly siding with whatever Apex is really planning in Abraxasverse, :O :O then I thought Ren's feelings towards Maia turning into something serious could lead to tragedy when Apex's endgame and Ren's heroic allegiance come to a head. When the corporate espionage plan came in... I was literally SQUEALING with delight and could've been just clapping my hands LIKE THE HAPPIEST CHIMPANZEE ON EARTH! :D :D Abraxas!Ren-espionage is officially canon! :D :D SQUEEEEEEE! :D :D :D
I really love how you perfectly addressed and deconstructed Mark's parenting style from GvK with his and Brooks' discussion about school enrolment and mutual communication with a healthy dose of surprisingly-realistic-outcome regarding the serious risk Maddie could get shivved or lynched in a public school for being related to Emma Russell, and you essentially derailed Madison's Mark-caused GvK misery for Abraxasverse. :) I've gotta say, over the course of this story, for me you've really succeeded where GvK COMPLETELY failed in one particular area - you've actually made me like and care about Mark. :) :) With that brutal but cathartic telling-off from Mariko when he first entered the story and the equal catharsis of him having to work to repair his muddied image with Monarch after KOTM, with Madison's and Brooks' and the Chens' presence here constantly keeping Mark's worser impulses and his less-stellar ideas in check and derailing the path that would've led to him turning into the shithead dad from GvK, with Mark's consequent character development in the fic towards becoming a more level-headed person and a far better father. I was honestly smiling and just feeling happy to see him when he first entered Brooks' office, :) :) something I never would've done for the version of Mark that was in KOTM and GvK. The Monsterverse writers should honestly be reading this fic and taking notes from it on how to redeem Mark Russell. ;)
That scene with the three Brides of Ghidorah ;) had a delightfully unsettling 'Devil's Due' feel as it went on, with the movements inside the belly and with Esfir calling out to You-Know-Whom. :o I almost had to do a double-take and I think I gasped aloud when I realised Lubyov spoke for the first time - I was very much right there with Zima and Nadezhda at that! :O :O I'm delighted we got to finally see the Children of Zmei before the story's end - with all the teasing and suspense around them, we'd have to see what'll pop out before the canon story closes. After the delightful slow buildup you did with the narration in Maia's office scene describing bits and pieces of the born Children, it was pretty delightfully horrifying when they were revealed - took me right back to the horror of the Kholat Syakhl outpost. :) :)
I love how the Okinawa islands have become Abraxas' established territory - it fits with how significant that location is to them and Manda in the story (plus Mothra's shrine is of course already taken), and also when I think about it, it's like Vivienne is remaining close to Serizawa in spirit by being right on the edge of his homeland, :) Rodan's return caught me by surprise (especially with the way he chose to return), but I'm so pleased we got to see him and Abraxas resolve things a bit between them before the story closed :) I'm pretty sure I was giggling with glee at how Abraxas kept poking Rodan's chest multiple times whilst being as blind as a two-souled bat to the meaning behind that, and I was seriously expecting during a couple pokes that your pic of Rodan kissing Abraxas with his beak was going to occur here when Rodan decided to get payback for the intimate slights. :'D Rodan and Abraxas' flight was a delight to read, and honestly, you really managed to make it flow in such a way that it entirely felt more like a mating dance than anything really combative. I remember thinking while reading their aerial dance something along the lines of, "Dear Godzilla, do these two (well, three) even have any idea just HOW much they're flirting?" Hell, when I think about it, even Abraxas playing cowboy on Rodan (which by the way, had me laughing out loud when I read it :'D) seems bedroom-y when I think about it. Boy, the wave of memes it would spawn if any Titan-watchers ever catch footage of Abraxas doing that with Rodan. :'D
That ending passage and the closing with the hospital roof scene was simply lovely - very wholesome and appropriate, and I do love the way the final few paragraphs describe what'll happen down the line from here and for the last few sentences return to the present. :) :) I'll admit, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping Mariko and Tejada will get a plea bargain due to their actions during the story.
That Vredefort crater reference makes me chuckle looking back - ooh, I just thought of it having something to do with Gigan when I read that; or when I think about how the dating roughly matches up with the Oxygen Catastrophe in the Cambrian period, I wonder if the crater could actually have something to do with Destoroyah. :O I wondered based on the Many's boasting about the Children of Zmei if they'll start out looking as monstrous as the babies Apex now have in their clutches but will look more and more human as they grow, like an SCP I can’t remember the number of who goes from town to town impregnating girls with half-monster children. Then I thought "Ohh, shit!" when it occurred to me – Bernie's words from GvK, "There’s one here, and another one inside of that thing!" Maybe the twins once they grow up and become human-like and convince Apex they're loyal to them after being reared in their captivity, and they use their twin telepathy to act as Mechagodzilla's transmitter and receiver instead of the rig Apex used in GvK :O Plus, if Desghidorah is what eventually moults out of Mechagodzilla... well, Desghidorah has three heads, one could be Desdghidorah!Ren, and it could be that in the scene where Maia was watching the vid of the twins, we've just met one or both of Desghidorah's other future heads. :O I'm also wondering, considering Ghidorah's confidence in the Children of Zmei in its long-term plan, if Apex's twins and all the other Children of Zmei are all technically "shed skins" given humanoid form, each Child hosting a duplicate of one of the three heads' personalities from birth, which might account for the twins' aggression, and they'll be making it their mission to find ways to try and bring Ghidorah back in one new form or another rather like how Mechagodzilla in the Monsterverse almost brought Ghidorah back in a new form. :O
Truly, this has been one hell of a story, definitely one of the best fanfics I've read with how it pulled me in and got me so emotionally invested in San and Vivienne and made me care SO much about them as I did. :) :) You truly do have a serious talent for writing tearjerker scenes with the high number of times this story just tugged at my heartstrings. The horror, which really comes across when you want it to, really appeals to the horror fan in me, and the action scenes are pretty engaging and epic (especially the whole of Chapter 17 and also Viv 'n' San's first encounter with Rodan). :) The secondary characters are also engaging and well-written, with Thor, with Rodan's tension with Viv 'n' San, with what you did with Mariko, Susan and Ren, and with your characterisation of Alan Jonah. :) This is one of those stories that for me just really has an addictive quality to it that makes me come back and re-read the chapters' scenes. :) :)

this was a good read overall. with it being complete, i'm somewhat surprised you haven't tacked on the 'complete' tag.
