I'm not much of a connoisseur when it comes to the DaL fandom and even less so it's spin-off, Date a Bullet. What I do know, however, is that this story was wonderfully executed. Never did it feel rushed, as most one-shots unfortunately do. Every little detail seemed to wonderfully interlace. The words, like a melody, intertwined in a beautiful and devastating harmony. And although one can definitely praise the entire piece, the ending is clearly the coup de grâce, the pièce de résistance. Truly, an incredible story from a masterful author.

The White Queen really puts the dominate in Dominion.

But, excellent characterisation as always, and the White Queen's lazy and playful yet supremely dangerous nature comes out really really well, and contrasts wonderfully against the nervous breaking down Quasi-Spirit. Not that she can be blamed for breaking down, when she's got a scythe held to her neck while trying to play chess.

Just a few things, there was a Rooj in place of Rook but apart from that, it was well-written, flowed well and very enjoyable to read! Thank you for the mention, and keep up the good work!
