Been awhile, but there are some ideas I've thought of.
I had an idea for Irohama. Perhaps they can do joint exercises with UA, so that the other characters from Irohama join the UA students whom we've grown to care about. So like the joint exercise starts with USJ, where Class 1A and Irohama's Cadets have to fight Villains. I mean if either Izuku or Katsuki stays in Irohama or goes to UA, perhaps they can meet up through these joint UA-Irohama exercises. Heck imagine Irohama participating in the UA Sports Festival. And although unlikely, maybe at some point Irohama's high-school and UA merge where UA-Irohama trains students seeking to either join the JSDF or become Pro-Heroes.
Also thoughts on Military Heroes? I mean I get that there are military restrictions on Quirk use, but perhaps a certain Izuku or Katsuki can make that change.

First off I actually haven’t read all of your story I skipped ahead to see what the other author notes said, and I found what I was hoping for, that you decide to not wait till 65 chapters to get to canon. In fact you should probably go back and change that author’s saying it’ll take 60 chapters till canon. I can imagine at least a few people see that and just go NOPE and stop reading completely without leaving a review.
Because at the rate you’re going you wouldn’t reach canon for about 3 years. If you updated once a week it then that is still more than a year for you to get to canon. I understand you wanting to show how being at the military academy changed them and all of that character development, but can you really see yourself writing over 50 chapters of that? Also if there too developed by canon it might not be as interesting to see them in UA next everyone else who haven’t started growing as characters till then.
Couldn’t you imagine what it would be like if Izuku’s ten month training to just getting One for All was Like 50 chapters long, about a year in publication for the manga before the entrance exam.
Sorry to keep harping on this note but I really feel that a stories length for a fanfic can really affect it.
I have seen a lot of stories get started and never finish beyond 10 or 20 chapters, so if you’re dedicated to this I’ll keep reading. Though to be honest I think 5 to at most 10 chapters would of been best to show them in the academy. But over 50, no I, and many readers think, want to see how the main story goes with an Izuku and Bakugo that are more better mind going into it. I gotta say that 65 chapters until canon is just wayyy too long. This story can be interesting and i'd really like to see the progression from the characters we know and love to these more militaristic versions.
What I propose is 1 chapter showing a gradual but still apparent growth in the characters. You can even show interactions and relationships with other characters.
but I will warn you now that I cannot and will not trawl my way through 30 chapters to get to canon, less likely 65.
and I understand it's your story, you do what you want, but i'm saying that that is not only an immense undertaking but a tedious amount of reading to get to what i believe to be the most interesting part of the story
