ih wow, this was brilliant. I'd love more fic in this category if from you, you have a real knack for getting into character's heads. I read this book ages ago and have always loved it, and im so excited to see someone still writing for it!
poor char. this makes me feel really sorry for him, but damn, it kinda made me tremble in my boots a bit too! I understand it too...I've felt this as angry and vindictive when faced with betrayal, and thoughts like "I wish they'd burn" have crossed my thoughts, too. and I'm always ashamed immediately after I calm down, which i know poor char will be when he finds ella after the ball, and...wow. this really hit home. absolutely great peice. I'll be rereading a lot.
