That was a great story about these two police officers that I grew up watching. Now having time to revisit this series.
The dream/ghost part of the story brought tears to my eyes. It sealed the fact that these two men are more than partners. They are brothers.
So glad the story had a happy ending. I believe that Pete went on to have a lengthy career after his recovery. Eventually, the two men got to older age and their bond strengthened.
