mha/x men: Possessive Phoenix force, ex hero Inko, protective Bakugo, Scott is Izuku
Scott Jean & Logan get forced to do a solo mission to stop a universe ending threat due to no one wanting to talk to them after an argument, the phoenix force rewrites reality a little to fix what the idiot broke. Loki makes them remember Scott Jean Logan & Laura after setting them up for max guilt.
Inko adopt/stole Logan & Laura, the Gray's moved to Japan.

mha/atla: Kuzon - Izuku - Zuko, zuko & crew are vigilantes, Yue/jet live, healer & history nerd Zuko
Kuzon & several adult nomads made a small hidden colony before the attack, the ones caught in traps after are those Kuzon didn't get to in time to save. Izuku is a child soldier/vigilante/hero/leader due to the failure of adults and shady antics of the government.
Zuko's running a vigilante op spanning 3 nations, has ended up dealing with several spirits due to being the only available direct Roku descendent,

Problem is, Goku is a tad too much of a battle maniac, he'll handicap himself, just so he can have a longer fight.
Case in point; giving Cell a Senzu bean.
So he may very well have let things go on too long and suffered too much damage/energy expenditure to then be able to beat Raditz.
Probably one of the reasons why Bardock is ticked off at him. And with reason, as you said, he should've been able to steamroll him, if he hadn't been f*cking around. And it's indeed a Stupid habit to have, considering the likes of Frieza or Cell or even Buu in the future.
One mistake and it's game over and there might not be any dragon balls to reverse things, if the wrong person dies.

Setting up an angle for Melissa, next to the pre-existing Kendo one (which is pretty much the Video route)?

Okay, looks like Izuku is in control of his Oozaru Form. And considering he can talk in it, it's possible he could have access to the Rage Power Up or even the Ikari/Wrath Form if he trains enough.

Uufff, Izuku and Gohan, apart from receiving training from Piccolo, has Grandpa Bardock hahahahaha, they don't know what awaits the Villains (and Vegeta and Nappa)

A nice chapter.
The only criticism I have is that Goku probably would be curbstomping Raditz after he had two years of training with Bardock.
From what I remember Bardock, despite being classed as a low rank fighter like Raditz was rapidly growing in strength and had at the time of Vegetas destruction a powerlevel of 10000. In the movie it was even mentioned that he might be becoming as strong as the King.
So if Goku trained with someone on that level for 2 years I would expect him to be way stronger than Raditz, maybe even approaching Nappa's level.
