Oh man, Tanya's reputation rose yet fell at the same time. Not to mention she got a good ally back. All thats needed now is the colonel dude that Tanya saw as her only friend and most sane man in the empire. Erich I believe. I hope he comes in the future.

Oh dang, we can see in this chapter that while Tanya's morals aren't 100%, she DOES take care not to kill people. She would kill, but only if she had to. As for Chris, well, looks like she'll need to think of another plan. Though I doubt it would work. Then we have Viktoriya, oh man, to think she's coming back, all while Aqua creates her own doom when a certain 'Neet' comes one day. Can't wait to see Tanya meet her former ally and Aqua in the future.

Um... did "Chris" forget that Tanya's 'innocent victim' had explicit instructions to murder her?

What an excellent story you have here. Very fun, very exciting. Also, the manga is worth the read, just keep in mind that each medium of Youjo Senki has different tones and themes. The LN is gritty and has a share of grimness, being a story about a girl against war and be world. The anime is focused on her battle against an eldritch and all too human god-thing. And while both are funny, the manga doubles down on the humor with overstylized characters and more interaction/misunderstandings between Tanya and co..

I have to say that this is quite an interesting concept and you seem to be doing well with it. Tanya is a very, very different protagonist from Kazuma but it is good to know that no matter what, Dust is still the series' resident Bad Friend.
First to answer your question about omakes, my two cents is for them to be separate mini chapters. My rationale is that this makes them easier to find. Imagine trying to remember which chapter a particular omake is in and having to check each one until you found it. They can also be inserted in-between chapters to establish a proper chronology, especially for omake set in the past or aprophyca for "what if" scenarios.
If I have to throw out some suggestions, perhaps the fourth party member of Degurechaff's Destroyers should be YunYun so that they can make the (mortal) "looking for friends/has no other friends" group. Chris' nominal inclusion could lead to some candid moments in an unguarded situation. Tanya could immediately spring to protect Chris (currently the squishiest member) when some reincarnates launch an indiscriminate attack, possibly due to a poor understanding of their powers.
Then Tanya comes clean with the group that the gods have it out for her, sending waves of assassins for the simple crime of unbelief. Our Murder Loli then goes into a rant. She had been content to point herself at the Demon King until Heaven decided to go all Skynet on her ass. Tanya hardly gets her jollies from killing kids but really, what choice does she have?
Chris at that point would understand that Tanya is not wrong, her crimes are unworthy of sending kids to die at her hand. However, she is just as dangerous as the Demon King because she is charismatic enough to convince people to spurn the gods. It might shift from righteous vengeance to dirty business but Eris has to make sure Tanya dies one way or another. Heaven has created their own Lucifer and now they have to deal with it. Besides, how many Reincarnates and their powerful Relics can they afford to lose to Degurechaff?
I really, really look forward to Kazuma and Aqua meeting Tanya for the first time in a dark alley.
Tanya points a gun at them
Tanya: How stupid are you people? You didn't even dye her hair! Say... now that you're down here does that mean that the great goddess is mortal?
Aqua: KAZUMA-SAN! KAZUMA-SAN!
Tanya: I'll take that as a "yes".
Kazuma: Hai, Kazuma-desu. Look Tanya, can we talk about this? Like rational people.
Tanya: Okay, talk. I consider myself an eminently rational person.
Kazuma: Look while I am contractually obligated to try and kill you, the contract never says WHEN I have to do it. I can justify it by noting that you are an excellent asset to point at the Demon King. After that I can try to kill you. You know, after you have your wish granted.
Tanya: I find it very hard to believe that you'd give up something as potent as a wish.
Kazuma: DO YOU THINK I WANT TO?! OTHER PEOPLE GOT PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWERS! I! GOT! HER! THIS USELESS GODDESS! SHE'S MY CHEAT ITEM!
Tanya: Huh.
Kazuma: Seriously, all she can do is healing, water or undead purification spells. Unless you become a lich or something, all I can really do against you or the Demon King is annoy you by bleeding over your shoes.
Tanya: ... my condolences.
Also a quick nitpick, your spellchecker has been screwing with you. It seems to change "rogue" (the description) with "rouge" (the colour) in the earlier chapters.

ummmm why the fuck wouldn't Tayna keep these OP items or sell them? Tayna isn't acting very intelligently and seems to be giving away items vastly underpriced for being shown skills that are fairly common and basic. 0/10 Intelligence

An excellent story. Though I find Tanya getting involved in a get rich quick scheme and doing tons of property damage a bit out of character. Her being so bad at haggling is also rather odd. Despite those I quite like it though.
I am very confused by the last bit though. Tanya checked and the sword of the first reincarnate she killed didn't have any of its properties when she used it. So why would the staff have been usable by Tanya?

Hey, read partway up to chapter 9, probably won't be reading more. A couple of things before I go:
1) Immensely dissapointed that you had Tanya keep the 95 when, by all accounts, given the slightest opportunity to lose it and get away with it she would. Even in the middle of an active warzone she avoided using it whenever possible. In a new world, once she had the idea of making her own computation gem parts, I'd figure she would try to make a Type 97 (a computation orb she'd actually be more familar with than the 95 tbh) rather than keep the literal baited trap. I kept reading for a while, but just having it around without much reason cast a pall over things. Her actually using it for anything short of a life or death situation soured any mild enjoyment I derived from this.
2) Did Tanya perhaps take brain damage at some point? Because I don't understand why she would be hyperfocused on making gunpowder (something she not only has to recreate from base principles but manufacture herself, as well as machining bullets for the sake of combat the rest of the time she's here, burning a ton of mana and time) instead of looking to pare down an explosion spell as a substitute and/or find a Basic Magic version of an explosion spell (far simpler, takes far less mana and time).
I skipped down and saw she found a potion for it instead. Nice she found a substitute, but it'll still be more time lost making it/buying it and getting it into bullets than just using a pared down explosion spell.
