This was a fun read so far and I'm looking forward to more of it.
One thing I would like to note is that a lot a fanfictions use 'Kami no Shinobi' as the japanese phrase for the God of Shinobi title, but the correct one is 'Shinobi no Kami'. Kami no Shinobi means God's Shinobi instead. Anything connected with the 'x no y' in japanese means 'x's y' or 'y of x' and not 'x of y'.
Just wanted to point out a common mistake which without the story would be even better.

Kusarigama would be cool. If scythes like that were good enough for Hanzo and Madara, they should be good enough for you haha.
Tessen could actually be interesting if worked into close combat, and also the augmenting of Wind/Fire Jutsu.
There's also 'Kiseru Battle Pipes' which are legitimately pipes used for smoking that could also be used as a weapon... lots of potential there for unique usages of Poison/Smoke/Ash/Fire jutsu... maybe even Genjutsu? Could also be used alongside some other weapon.
I'll be honest, I'm a little leery of the nerfed system. I have no issues with the absense of Gamer's Mind/Body, the only thing I worry about is the endgame level threats present in Naruto and the kind of strength you need to find yourself being safe/relevant whatsoever.
Also, Kiba seems weirdly antagonistic towards some kid who should mean just about nothing to him.

This is great, easy to read, not stupid OP in n 5 seconds flat, MC isn't an emotional robot...
It is official, this is the best gamer story I have read in the last few months.
Keep in mind I am highly addicted to Fanfiction and have read over 50 gamer stories in the last 2-3 months.

The idea behind the skills is cool, the flipping on the head towards what most fanfics mc do (hypercapable no emotions MCs) is refreshing.
It helps that the writing is easy and an enjoyable read, where the personality of characters matching canon shining through.
To end this review/commentation, author you must quit your job (not srs) and begin writing this fanfic full time, I need moar chapters.

Well as a weapon I would love to see a meteor hammer, but that’s hard to write. A scythe would be cool to read, same with a war scythe, claws might be good as a story progression, for Kiba to relate or belittle our mc. Or you could go with basic kunai.

Wow! I would love to see your take on this! I love gamer Naruto fanfics that aren't too edgy (I hope this one isn't too Eiji hehe) or weird. The pairing that I would love to see, if it can be done, is the oc/Hinata. I don't think this pairing exists lol since everyone pairs her with Naruto(for a good reason they look cute together), but if you could, I would love to see your take on a Hinata pairing. Regardless, I'll love to see your take on Gamer Naruto!
