Now You REALLY deserve more Reviews. This chapter has created a much Beautiful tone on how this story progresses. Now I'm even more excited on how things will diverge from the anime. I can somewhat imagine Raphtalia falling for Shirou instead of Naofumi but that is up to you if you don't want to change it.
Can hardly wait to see Shirou in action once his magic Stats level up and he gets to use Minor Noble Phantasm again. No doubt anything like Excalibur, Clarent, Gae Bolg etc. would still be beyond his reach for the foreseeable future. Also excited on how Shirou will Unleash his God level Cooking skills when he gets the chance. Noafumi just might taste it because Shirou is just that good a cook.
I wonder how long Shirou would wait before he reveals his otherworldly origins.

I forgot to post a review last time so might as well do it now.
First of all, holy shit what an idea. Shirou gets transported to a diffrent world at the age of 12, and has a race that entails quick physical growth with gained experience. Pretty much the only problem with this setup that I have is that without experiencing the grail war he is missing out on a lot of awesome, iconic weapons and characters he would meet, which would make his UBW rather lackluster unless Sword Hero shows him some stuff.
This story really gets my imagination going, in particular in regards to how Shrou will advance his magecraft and if we ever see noble phantasms from Fate make an appereance. Avalon also should be mentioned, considering how he should still have it (or maybe it stayed in his old body?).
I really like the pace it's going, and the different POV with Naofumi. Now if only Shirou would remember that he has a FAMILY NAME. I dunno why but this really triggered me, hope it shows up and they finally realize they are both from Japan.
Other than that, awesome stuff, can't wait to see Shirou and Naofumi interact some more, and how Shirou's and Raphtalia's relationship develops.

You know this may be my favorite crossover. So much can be done with shirou

In this world. I think it's interesting shirou is younger than in canon and has no understanding of his tracing. Hehehe. Imagine he traces the legendary bow spear shield sword whip katana staff ect. Or even better using a traced whip he takes the legendary sword for himself. Pity he lacks rule breaker, or caliburn.
Can't wait for more! And maybe some bonding as shirou does some japanese cooking and proves he isn't from this world

On the one hand, making Shirou a slave and a demi-human is a nice change of pace, him being 12 isn't a huge issue since Demi-humans age as they level up so he won't be small for long.
The problem I guess is making him a raccoon demi-human like Ralphtalia. It just feels unfitting for Shirou. When I think of an animal that would be associated with Shirou Raccoon is probably the last thing I'd think of. Maybe a Wolf, a Panther, maybe even a Lion or a Hawk but Raccoon doesn't really work.
Hell Shirou is typically portrayed as a direct close-quarters fighter who relies on being extremely aggressive and depending on the continuity also using his superior archery skills. Raccoon are generally associated with being tricky or mischievious, which kind of references how Raphtalia uses illusion magic, something I doubt Shirou would use. Put simply it just doesn't fit him is what I'm saying.
Not saying the story is bad, just that this is something I feel doesn't quite fit.

No. Just no.
This plot is too forced to be enjoyable. Yes, their is suspension of disbelief, but you expect us to do that alot in this one chapter, and hide it threw the excuses of AU. Ok so here is what I feel is wrong with this story: 1) Why is Shirou a different Species? 2) Did he die? If he didn't, did he reincarnate? Or was he incarnated in that form? 3) If he was incarnated who did this to him? Having so many questions for just one premise is not a good start, let's keep going. 4) why is he twelve? 5) why is projection and analysis mastered, I thought he was 12? It's like we're working with pre-grail war shirou (A.K.A 17 yrs old at least.)6) When did he get a slave seal...you're seriously not going to tell us?
...in conclusion; It feels way to forced. It's pretty obvious he is only 12, a demihuman, and a slave just so Naofumi can fight along side Shirou. A story should never feel forced.

Hmm I am guessing this Shirou doesn't have tracing or any Noble Phantasm s beside maybe Avalon so he will probably grow more as a normal swordsman.
