This is what should have happened. Harm & Mac together not fighting like school kids. The Mattie storyline just didn't fit in with the series.

I typically don't like stories where Mattie was involved because the storyline was unrealistic. No single man, Navy Officer or not, is going to be awarded custody of a female minor who isn't related. But DPB the writers of JAG were stupid and they would do anything to keep Harm and Mac apart.
Your story is much, much better than what we got on the show. Bravo!
