Just reread this after your update to A Young Girl's Delinquency Record and your wake from hibernation, perhaps Sholder devil will see some love too? It's a very interesting premise. Very few take an interest in Sakura like this while keeping things canon elsewhere. Even fewer have Tayna in it.
While those 2 things are mostly responsible for my interest, it's the quality and the flow like that of Deliquency that keep my attention riveted.

I got the feeling that you didn't give Naruto the shadow clone technique just so he could be nerfed and Sakura could take a more central role, it really feels forced, considering that Tanya would be salivating on having an army of Narutos at her disposal. It would have been such a great material, but to each their own, guess this Sakura is just another Mary Sue

Really really good Fanfic. Tanya feels like Tanya from Youjo senki and Sakura is a lot more decent than the original Sakura in Naruto and stronger too but not op so there is still tension and the fights are written very well and so are the interactions between characters. Overall this ff is a solid 9/10 with great potential
