This chapter is a massive info dump, with a process that while interesting is completely superfluous. The information provided could be summed up in a sentence or two by belaying the capabilities instead of the process, while showing the enchantments in buffs VIA (Gamer), etc. I would imagine that most people would give up at this point, what the rampant fourth wall breakage in the last chapter, and the massive info dump this chapter. BUT, the idea is interesting so I'll give you that, it just needs liberal use of Occam's Razor.
