Great chapter! It is funny how overpowered Kakashi is due to his shinobi training, also, it was great how you drew from his experience with Tenzo and Sai.
I found it hilarious that they suspected that he has a high kill count, which I suppose is right, even if it is in no way related to his ghoul-ishness. Talking with those brainwashed people was really frustrating, but I loved how they were convinced in what they were doing was right even if there was no evidence that Kakashi was pretending, just their belief.
A lot of hope is riding on him, but many are out for his blood as well.
The scene I loved most was him casually reminding him of his species as he asked for human meat, truly the height of him screwing with them. Those poor investigators were so confused by his actions that they temporarily forgot what kind of threat he truly is.

The danger with Kakashi is that the agency which destroys Ghouls have a great deal of resources and money including the government backing them.
Kakashi is strong but he is one lone person against the country no one is unbeatable including him.

Wow, this story is so top notch. I love when Kakashi screws around with everyone, but taking the step beyond a crack-fic to actually give him a compelling goal is aces. Really nice work! I think you blend the humor with the serious moments really well. Thank you so much for writing this!
