This is nice but don't put other characters of rwby it might messed the balance of this story. But if you are making jaune go back to his world can you do like the FMA the movie.

was jim creating a philosopher stone and use the collected energy into his space-time experiments
about jim notebook other then saying he was living in remnant for two years and ozpin
did he study any dust weaving and glyphs in his note and fool other thinking his Alchemist is an advance version of dust weaving and glyphs.
just realize jaune would make the fifth human sacrifices to open the gate of truth since he also saw the gate taking mustang place since he didn't see the gate
i was thinking jaune using jim's note about dust weaving and glyphs and alchemist, jaune create bending like the avatar the last air bender

the fight with McDougal was okay but i didn't like how jaune use his bone alchemist with water gun automail that well
i think it would be better if jaune have make a spine weapon like Kimiaro in Naruto to trap mcdougal

i was thinking why would jaune return back to his world and i was thinking the grimm leaking through the other world so the idea is jaune decide to go back to his world and block the gate
although won't that mean jaune will get one of his arm back because the toll was one for transportation and one for the gate but once jaune block the gate won't that mean he will get one of his arm back
but you say Jaune wouldn't return to Remnant for free so i guess it won't happen
i kinda said for pyrrha because jaune would be older with a girlfriend and all that

This story is good if you do this right this might last a long time. Here some idea for Jaune alchemy
bone weaver are try to make Jaune be like Kimiaro in Naruto. Jaune alchemy let him use his bone to make weapons bone sword,bone spikes,bones spears, bone shield and maybe bone bullet. But in full metal world jaune need to know the the three rules of alchemy understanding, breaking down and reconstructing matter and also the equivalent exchange and also the materials he is using and also his imagination. for jaune arms are auto mail can you make them arms but also shotguns gauntlets because in the full metal alchemist world may use weapons almost but half of the state alchemist also use close combats maybe jaune can learn close combats with his fists and also feet. Here some stuff on bones if you want to know to keep bone health and strong eat vegetables, perform strength training and weight bearing exercise,consume enough protein. If you keep jaune bone healthy the bones he can make can be strong as concrete. for jaune imagination he can make spikes on the ground, make a shield,make sword,spears,mace,bullets,sword whip,bone mask like a or a scythe,axe, claws,hell make a rwby grimm wyvern head in the fist to make a a powerful punch or a spike blade in the feet to climb on walls.

Oh Jaune was there during the Ishval war, he was also saved by winry’s parents. Winry parents died around 5-6 years before canon starts. My guess for Jaune’s age is 24. Love the fan fiction easily my favorite RWBY/FMA:B crossover
