EMIYA is bullshit incarnate.

EMIYA went ham against Chaldea and got away with it, absolute unit.

Very curious to the possibilities of what will happen next, but this story is done if complete means anything. It’s been a wonderful read and I rooted for Emiya, you know which one, all the way. Wonder what everyone’s reaction will be one he succeeds or just kills a Shirou.

This was honestly kind of shitty to an extent when you really think about it. I can believe EMIYA taking advantage of a situation to create a paradox even in FGO, I CANNOT however believe he would ever be selfish enough to actively attack other servants and purposely put Chaldea into a worse situation when he hasn’t been irritated enough by interacting with his past self.

Interesting story. I haven't watched anything beyond FUBW but it's always interesting how people are able to interpret the characters so well.

This Archer certainly matches the ones in anime very well!

Found you from MotM. Decided to look at you profile and read some of your other stories. This one's premise is real interesting. I like how the antagonist isn't aiming for doomsday. Hope you decide to continue this in the future. Good luck, I look forward to reading more of MotM and this as well.

So Emiya has yet again failed to kill himself.

The Saga hasn't ended though.

The Alien God is obviously Emiya in another convoluted plan to kill himself. Never underestimate a man who continuesly tries to do the impossible.

He's stubborn like that.

EMIYA(Alter's) guns are probably intentionally inefficient. He himself is ''efficient'', but deep down he's still Shirou. So to counterbalance his efficiency he creates this gap for himself. Probably as a form of self punishment.

Canonically EMIYA(Alter) hates himself even more than EMIYA does. In the Fate franchise it's best to look deeper into things, for you never know if they have a greater meaning associated with them.

There are a lot of deeper meanings in the Visual novel.

For example:
He 'Spared' caster in the UBW route because she hadn't crossed the line yet, she hadn't killed anyone, just put them into comas(and she might be useful later on in defeating troublesome Servants). Medea is smart, she doesn't kill the livestock straight away, she milks them first then allows them to recover to milk them some more. She's ''Evil'', not stupid.

So in a slighty twisted way(to troll his younger self), Archer was adhering to his Ideal much closer than the young Shirou Emiya. ''To save Everyone'' includes Caster right?

The reason he killed her later though was because he isn't irresponsible. If he enacted is plan of 'Killing Shirou' with Medea on the loose: it would end poorly for everyone, and as far as he knew Lancer was the only other servant still around other than saber of course. If he had known Gilgamesh existed, or rather remembered, his choices would have been different.

So really when Shinji showed up with Gilgamesh, Archer was internally like (Surprised Pikachu face) he hadn't known about them, but he couldn't back down anymore, for multiple reasons:

1. He was low on mana.
2. Saber would come to her rescue, which would leave him alone with Shirou(Just like originally planned), and unlike him who was low on mana she could swiftly save Rin. It's unfortunate that his plan nearly backfired with lancer showing up since he went in Saber's stead.
3. After he saw Gilgamesh, He also had a new objective: Train Shirou(beat Shirou up) so he can defeat Gilgamesh later.

HF Archer:
In the first place Archer didnt happily gave his arm to Shirou. He did it because it was the best way to deal with the situation. And if you think about it, Archer killed 3 birds with one stone.

He "saved" Shirou which would lead to them resolving the shadow problem, and in the end the arm would kill him anyway.

Type moon is slowly turning into Activision...gone is the creativity and has been replaced with turning global history and folklore into a horny fantasy for desperate NEETs for a quick cash grab
