I would like to see more. Great premise, but... just to keep it mysterious, don't have an explanation for the rewind other than the Force. That way, you can justify any number of plots; Anakin going on a Force pilgrimage, picking a different choice when it came to the Mortis arc, and/or using his knowledge of the future to aid people who wouldn't get help otherwise.
