Pulling out that knife from his leg was really stupid. Unless you are going to tie up/patch up/whatever the medical word is immediadly after taking it off never rip sharp thing stuck on you, wound cant bleed as much while whatever caused it is still there. Besides you risk making the wound worse should blade move around as you are removing it.

Always nice to see a Dark!Ruby story get updated.

I'm guessing that WBY, JNPR, and CRDL are in their 3rd year and CFVY are in their 4th year. The timeline is just a bit confusing. I also had some trouble following what exactly happened to Summer Rose; died in a car wreck, but was crippled on some mission and thus abandoned by Tai and Qrow beforehand. What? Based on what we have seen of their characters, why would they just throw away Summer? (Yes, Summer chose to leave here but it seems like Tai and Qrow didn't even try to stop her). And how does her being crippled make her unable to be a housewife? I guess its all just for the sake of more drama and an excuse for Ruby to call Malachite 'Mum.'

1) Fleshes out more of Ruby's past during her prison years;
2) Provided some fantastic humor in the bullhead flight to Beacon.

Interesting story, I was wondering if Salem and Adam were going to make appearances down the line. Especially since Tyrian and Hazel have made appearances. Also looking forward to the confrontation between Ruby and Tai, if you were planning on doing that.
