Uhh... why would they fight? As a servant muramasa borrows body of emiya shirou in his prime, so basically they have the same set of abilities which kinda makes them equal. Even after reading whole chapter i can't spot a clear difference in their fighting styles. Not to mention that reactions to the fight take what feels like three quarters of the chapter, and the fight taking the remaining fourth one.

Well, it was a great chapter and it showed precisely what would happen if Shirou (Chaldea version) could meet his counterpart from the Fate/stay night universe (now it only remains if this is the Gohan version or the Hollow ataraxia universe) and things are going well.
In the case of the ending, I would only change the following: In addition to Mashu and Ritsuka, Saber Alter would be with them at the time (being the only one of the Arturias who would have been wiser to want to know what was going on and wait instead of destroying all to look for Shirou), in addition to Gudako, Kiritsugu and Irisivel, so the four would go together with Mashu and Ristuka to rescue Shirou, Da Vinci and Ritsuka.
The reasons would be the following:
- It's not fair that only Ritsuka has the chance to meet Fuyuki and the setting where the entire Fate franchise began, Gudako could appear too and we would even have Rin and co making a comparison when seeing that Gudako and Shirou are similar in the colors of their bodies , with her even going so far as to say whether she isn't Emiya-kun's daughter in the future or not.
- In the case of Irisviel and Kiritusgu, it's for Illya from the Fate/stay night universe to miss her after she was separated from her parents for more than 10 years due to her grandfather Jubstacheit's machinations (I confess that I hate that cursed old man just like Zouken as well, two monsters heartless towards others, including those coming from their own families and fundamentally evil as Zelretch reckoned with the Einzbern and Makirir/Matou families) and let some things clear of what transpired in the events of the 4th Holy Grail War that Irisviel would tell her daughter so she could let go of any resentment she might still have for Kiritsugu, and the same would be said for Saber for seeing her friend from the 4th Holy Grail War once again. Just as Shirou and EMIYA of that universe would see what Kiritsugu Emiya really was and even more so if he had never been hired by the Einzbern and continued on his path as Magus Killer which eventually made him form a contract with Alaya and when he died, he became a Counter Guardian, which in a way would make the EMIYA of this universe and Kiritsugu have to convince Shirou of that universe to give up trying to be a Heroes of Justice, all so that he does not reach the same despair as them to the point of selling his soul to Alaya because of this dream;
- And in the case of Saber Alter, well, as she is the result of being corrupted by Angra Mainyu (through Sakura Matou when she was Shadow) once in the Heaven's Feel route, it would be fair to show this universe's Saber the result of his quest for the Holy Grail and what it would eventually cause in the future, and even more so for Fuyuki's corrupted Greater Grail that holds the curse of All World's Evil, and a fight between the Saber who is still clinging to her ideals and the corrupted one and realized what the end of these same ideals are, a conflict fight between these two Sabers would be interesting;
And besides them, we would have Lancer Diarmuid and Iskandar going with them too, just to kill Saber's sweats in the 4th Holy Grail War times and also for Saber to have the taste of finishing her fight against Diarmuid that she can't have in the past because of the tactics Kiritsugu used to win.
