Dear 'Icedev',
Clearly, you are not Italian nor have you ever made, consumed, or understand what a true spaghetti sauce (or spaghetti bolognese) tastes like. In fact, an hour and a half is very quick for a good sauce. However, the best and tastiest of sauces are cooked not for an hour and a half, but for at least an entire day and are very rich in flavour!
I actually feel sad for you that you have never experienced the absolute deliciousness of well made bolognese. It also makes me sad that that was your major point of contention with this story, further highlighting your ignorance of the dish you seem to think yourself an expert on. Though, perhaps that speaks all the better for this story.
