I really like this poor Harry everything always happens to him. I hope Harry isn't going to look like a carbon copy of Conner? They also said that he was a failed one so I wonder what happened to make him different, I'm guessing since they were going to through him away that they didn't notice his magic. Can't wait to see Lex's reaction to that especially since superman has a weakness to magic!
As for a pairing I was thinking maybe Red Arrow /or/ maybe a Villain /or/ Villain OC.

Is he younger than Conner? Biologically I mean, is his new body the same age as superboy? How do they defer physically? Unless he replaced Conner I have a hard time picturing Harry with all that muscle.
It would be nice for him to be "younger", a chance at a new childhood kind of and would make the others either less suspicious at least more forgiving, Batman especially has a weakness for sad boys with black hair and blue eyes.
