Cool story and I'm really liking it so far! 1 thing that I think i should tell you though is that chakra reinforcement isnt a thing. There are some techniques that can strengthen certain statsRaikage's lightning armor, shunshin, sage mode, etc.), a ninjas physical showings are their pure physical strength. Tsunade has ridiculous strength as we can see when she picks up Gamabuntas sword, but she also has her striking technique where she releases chakra at the moment she strikes to deal massive damage. It takes absurd chakra control to do so which is why only her and Sakura can perform that technique, but Sakuras physical strength doesnt match up with Tsunades until she's and adult despite arguably being a better medic and performing the striking technique better. Sorry that i rambled on but I just have a bunch of random knowledge of the series. Good luck in future chapters, I look forward to reading them!

Nice chapter though the one thing I probably dont like is of that izuku is thinking his older brother is acting like a villain while defending him...
I'm thinking this boy doesn't even realize on how lucky he is on having a brother that still looks out for him, and cares for him despite being quirkless.
If it weren't for madara then izuku would have been on a reserves spot in the grave department due to all of that discrimination and bullying.
So again I can possibly see madara and izuku having a nasty argument in the future on how madara will most likely have enough of izuku in the future and question him "really izuku then tell me what good is a hero if one can't even stand up for himself as a human being as is his right like any other man."
Becuase like it or not izuku will probably have to be disciplined by his older brother by revealing several cold hard truths of the real world that will most likely crack his little hero obsessed glasses.

So this is a great start for the story so and I am deeply enjoying. But i want to make a few comments.
Will "Madara" have to worry about mangekyou sharingan blindness in the future?
Also All Might prime being a bit stronger than 7th gate Guy is pretty fair. Since 8th gate Guy can BEND PHYSICS with nothing but brute strength. While All Might is super strong in his prime and possibly a planet buster or at least continental (in my opinion). But bending physics is WAY beyond him.

So far, I'm liking the direction of this story. The SI Madara Midoriya is the elder twin brother of Izuku Midoriya, and I doubt Katsuki Bakugo would be foolish enough to bully Izuku like his canon counterpart, considering how intimidating Madara is and being protective of his younger twin brother. Will Madara hold a grudge against Inko for shattering Izuku's hope of becoming a hero? So far, Madara has manifested his Chakra, and the first bloodline he unlocked is the Sharingan aka Copy Wheel Eye. By the way, can I ask the name of the story where Madara Uchiha reincarnated into Izuku Midoriya? Seems worth a read.
Judging by the title of the story, will Madara Midoriya be eventually OP like Hagoromo the Sage of Six Paths or even The Rabbit Goddess Kaguya Otsutuski?

Nice enough. Interesting read. I hope that Madara won't become a character where his dream is to make Midoriya's dream come true. This is literally his chance at second life, and its not like he doesn't have the experiences and some of the personality from the past. Madara doesn't seem like a dude that would settle for being #2. Even if he is a loving brother.
