While the tone was fine, and the general story fine too, you really need to work on your punctuation. Every other word in a sentence doesn't need to be capitalized. Names, places, anything like that. That's fine to capitalize. It's not "It was a shame Tarkin died, he had known the Man. He was a hard working Man, who earned His place." Only Tarkin and sentence starts should be capitalized there. I know that was a paraphrase of a quote, but you get my point.
