All right, Chrissyfan and jrchandlerfan, you twisted my arm enough :) My thoughts actually align with yours, Chrissyfan, in that I am pretty confident that Leo lied when he pronounced Danny dead (and did you notice how Gel immediately threw him over the cliff after that?) Leo knows how long Danny can hold his breath and must be confident that Danny can swim and get himself to safety somewhere, somehow. Probably to go find the hole in the wall and find Alexis?

Ohhh a liason scene? Sweet. I don't need it to be earth shattering, just that they are getting their friends status back. Like I've griped about probably way too much, I am already resigned to the fact that JaSam is the couple they will go for. So, I will take what I can get at a friends level. Now...if I had creative control you knew which couples I would pick. If I had creative control dead weight doctor drooling over Alexis, Peter, Nina, Valentin, Franco, possibly Sonny would all see their marching orders, then I would find a way to get Billy Miller/Drew back. If you free up the salaries from those folks maybe get back Stuart Damon and recast Emily and Georgie Jones if Natalia and Lindsey wouldn't come back, those were some of the most idiotic cast cuts since Days tried to kill off Alice Horton.

I don’t mind at all if you guys want to brainstorm together. Christina guessed two of the deceivers correctly. I wouldn’t worry about spoiling if both of you don’t mind. You’re the only ones who review regularly anyway. Foxy used to, I hope she’s okay :(
Also forgot to tell you Chrissyfan, there were Liason scenes the other day. Not terrible, not amazing. Jason went with Sonny to visit Mike, and while Sonny was in the room Jason and Liz talked in the hallway. She told him usually when Alzheimer’s patients stop eating on their own, etc it means they want to let go, and she thinks he’s holding on for Sonny’s sake. It’s really sad and I feel bad for Mike, I’m just having trouble feeling bad for Sonny.

Alright, I went back and re-read the last 3 chapters and the only thing I feel confident in saying I think I know, is that the person they though they found in the was is the V-Guard.
After that it goes back to murky for me. We didn't actually see the conversation that went on with Danny, Leo and I am presuming Angelica before the 3 of them went back outside. Nice recovery from an amputation, the wonderful Lila Morgan Quartermaine must have passed down some mighty good DNA through Jason and Drew. Danny, Cam and Jake are like timex watches. So why do I feel like the 3 of them cooked something up that either went off as planned or went terribly wrong?
Since I have an affection for Angelica and D/A as a pair, I'm really hoping Gel is not a traitor to her slave and that there is something more to shooting him that will unfold in this book.

I went back and re-read the last chapter of Book 3 before I read this, just to be sure, and I think I know who one of the deceivers is, maybe, but I'm not sure if you want me to say anything here, so I won't.

I'll definitely have to go back and re-read Lucy's prophecy and the last few chapters to see if I can pick up on a few things. I was just enjoying all the action and family times in the updates that possible clues flew right past me.
Five deceivers hmm, which doesn't always mean that all of them are doing or keeping something that can't be overcome but it is possible that one is.
So the lesson for this chapter is: Buckle up for safety, its gonna be a bumpy ride? (cheeky grin).
If you end up going back to work sooner rather than later, do think it is doable, safety wise? Pre school teachers are pretty hands on let alone the fact the little critters cough, sneeze, drool and probably are not going to wear a mask. I know the little critters my orbit would not do it.

Thanks for the review Chrissyfan! I left a lot of clues in the last few chapters of book 3, just FYI. And if you have a chance, I would recommend re-reading Lucy's prophecy's both in book 2 and 3. It'll give you an idea where I'm going with this. I was telling Christina in PM, that this book is going to be all about deception, and a lot of characters are going to be deceived, even some well-liked characters (it's not to ruin them, just to show how great the deception is). There are five deceivers that are going to be revealed, one being the ultimate deceiver which the subtitle refers to.
Also, I thought I'd respond to your book 3 review here, just to start fresh :) I hear you about shopping. I don't like shopping anymore either, and seem to be doing more of it lately for my grandparents too.
Since I wrote that, yesterday the premier said that they might be re-opening daycares in the next 2-4 weeks after all, but they'll confirm next week. I have a really bad feeling about this, and I'm nervous. You can't social distance in a daycare. Sickness already spread fast in daycares before this virus. There's no point in having the children wear masks, they'll just get dirty and drool all over them, if they even keep them on (which they won't). I think this is way too soon and risky for one of the most vulnerable part of our generation. Weird, because they also said yesterday that schools will not re-open this year because they want to protect the children. That makes so sense to protect the older children but not the younger. I really hope they reconsider this, if not, hopefully I'm wrong and things will turn out fine.

Holy Cow! Did not see that coming. I have a hard time believing Danny is actually dead or that Angelica shot him to kill him. So, I'm hoping this is some plan the two of them cooked up to get Danny back in the water. I know Gel is a bad girl but she does seem to love her "slave". Oh Sam is not going to do well for a while, Drew either. Hopefully Willow can get them through this. Nice to see Carly's curse is still in affect. I did chuckle over that. The other book started with a bang and the new on did too. Wish we could see the comments section, hopefully the site will fix that soon.
