It was a good chapter, and since the confrontation between Bakugo and Izuku took place, the two exaggerated their power so much that they almost killed each other and destroyed the entire building, on the other hand we saw Mileena's fury at how her voice was discovered by Neito, and he took the worst part of it, it will undoubtedly leave him traumatized for life, it was a great chapter, I look forward to the next chapter

I think you might have just messed up, so each class has 20 students right? And 20 x 3 is 60, but 60 / 4 is 15, so you now have 15 teams but that's uneven, 14 teams will fight each other, but what about the last one?
It would have been better if you had 3 boxes, a red box with Red balls, a blue box with blue balls, and a yellow box with yellow balls, each box would have 20 balls labeled 1 to 20, from there there would be ten 3 on 3 matches, 20 teams in total with one student from each class which would simulate one person from three different hero agencies, let's go with Team One: Izuku, Tsuyu and Setsuna vs. Team Two: Kabal, Bakugo and Naito.

Honestly I would not have had Baraka or Kabal as a part of this, maybe not even Black either, seeing as they are villains, I'd have placed them and Kano with either 1: the LoV / VAS, 2; the MLA, 3; make them Quirkless but have cybernetic enhancements while having them be placed with Humarise, or 4; teamed up with Wolfrem I think that was his name in the movie? And have them attack I-Island.
I think I would have swapped out those 3 guys and added in the female Yellow Ninja Tanya as a fourth sister, then add in the Red Ninja Girl Scarlett or just fuse her with Himeko, lol, and maybe either a third female in the form of the sexy succubus Nitara, or a different male in the form of Reptile, Ermac, Smoak or Rain.
I'm going to guess that Samui is Frost, although I don't know where the name Shinzo comes from, they are of the Lin-Kuei Clan.
I had originally thought that Gray Cloud was Smoak or Smoke, however it appears that he is somehow related to Nightwolf, ok.

So going by Melina's words, I'm guessing Sindell is in this, and she said sisters, so who could be her sisters other than Kitana? My answer would be Jade, Tanya, and maybe Scarlett, that would be a pink, blue, green, yellow and red ninja girl.
Granted I did prefer my own ending in that mortal Kombat game where Liu Kang and Kitana were both the guardians of time.

For now your story does not disappoint, but what interests me the most is how you are going to introduce the brutality of Fatalities, Brutalities or even Friendships in the MHA world, since I imagine that more than one MHA character would be shocked and maybe disgusted by the brutality and sadism of the students of said class they could show when they have to do a Fatality to a true villain.
And speaking of Fatalities, I wonder what Fatalities and Friendship you will add to Himiko Toga and speaking of Toga, I hope that in the following chapters he will have more interaction with other characters, since the character feels very background.
I don't know about you but so far I don't trust some Mortal Kombat students like Baraka, Kabal or Erron Black, I even dare to say that one of them could be a spy.
