It doesn't really seem necessary for the other characters to hear the heavy metal music playing. It's just more appropriate that we the readers hear and listen to the music while we read. It gets us hyped and excited as we take in the scene.

But this... is just plain weird.

Though it's your story so...anyway.

Yeah, I'm definitely curious to see where this goes! Hope to read more soon.

Um, they pose no challenge. Literally, all this is going to be is doom guy going around smashing heads and turning everything into giblets... I am entirely okay with this.
