I like the fact that you didn't bring up Colin asking Kate out for drink after the case was over. With that not in your version of the story I think it played out a lot better than it showed on TV. Now all we need to do is get them on the same page and we should be good to go.

I am a bit concerned at Rick's timing of giving that drive to Beckett. I kinda wish he was with her when she looks at it, which of course she will do as soon as she gets home.

Well at least he gave her the flash drive and he did plead with her to look at the information and then give him a chance to explain, not run off and act like an ass like he did given the same situation. I think he probably should have taken Kate up on her offer to come home with her and go over it together...think he took the easy way out but declining. I’m really curious how Kate will react and how she will treat him when they are face to face again.
It shouldn’t be easy to work through this lie by omission but they do owe it to each other to have it out after Naomi’s case is over. Maybe Rick should suggest the two of them take a weekend away together, no interruptions and resolve this once and for all.
