One of my pet peeves is an unfinished story. You read and read and read getting completely invested in the story, the characters, their lives et cetera and poof it never gets finished. Which is why most of the time I don't even start a story anymore until it is completed. It is also why I don't post a story until it is finished.
Thanks for the one shot, just such a shame it isn't a full story. :) Any clues for us as to what the full story that you are working on is about.
