If it gave you what you wanted then good for you, kudos for seeing things through and best of luck getting all your plans realized.

I have finally finished the final chapter of Shin-YYGDM and it was great!
After a decade I feel you know who my Fav characters (male/female) antagonists, the best part, etc. are so I'll say this; you gave Sailor Venus the honor of slaying the three big bad with her Moon sword and acknowledgment of her leading the charge and for that, I am effing over the moon, dude!
Pluto had a rough go at it and she finally got her catharsis which is deserved and in a twist, becomes a mom and gives birth to this version of Hina as her little girl and Aoshi being a big brother to her.
The coming of Crystal Tokyo with the thousand-year sleep to rejuvenate the world is a great way to get them there! Lots and lots of info to process however I'm glad it was a good ending though evil will always be a factor in any universe, at least there are ones continuing the fight.
Reading on the bio that you wrote is very thought out, K. A lot of emotional catharses as it were. Not sure what to say except to continue doing what you are doing, I believe you will get to where you want to. :D

I am happy that Grace finally put on the end of Caincorp war machines and now its on the betteer terms with the heroes. And I happy Sailor Charon no more.
And I liked how you add other mideas/multiverses wachting the bettle. The crystal tokyo scenes were really enjoyful too. Waa! Koinumon! Now that was a very nice surprise. With having renamon as his mother, I bet Koinumon will be much better behaved than his original counterpart ( Or else Renamon would threat him to castrate him if he does any mischief)

That A/N is the longest I've seen in a while, holy fucking shit. I'm gonna re-read it properly sooner or later.
Story-related commentary: I see why the "brainwash half the heroes" side-plot never was used in the normal timeline, but it was a cute appetizer. Millenniummon and Sailor Charon despite their obvious backstab each over plot felt a bit hilariously tsundere in some places. I do like ShinMillenniumon being Zeed with regular Millenniummon's body type. That said I think eating the final boss of Adventure 2020 made him fall to apathy in some places when Sailor Charon inevitably backstabbed and absorbed him (kinda makes sense with that mon's lore).
Sailor Charon's hypocritical tangent on Pluto being a Digifucker was some good bants. Cain's noble sacrifice was legit pretty damn good, and screwed the Chaos Witch over in a great way. Kinda glad Sailor Pluto went apeshit on her 'sister', slowly deleting her crippled and bleeding out opponent.
Epilogue stuff was pretty cute. I really enjoyed the Sailor Pluto/Lupe and Takaruki content, the latter that's still absurdly high-quality for almost 2 decades; you really are the battle shonen flavored Crazyeight. I am kinda scared that there's an all-out war involving Tamers 2018, Appmon, and Cyber Sleuth's D-Reaper clones (In b4 Quartzmon shows up somehow) in the Shin-YYDGM timeline, but so far its an open happy ending.
Drama elsewhere: I think Necron spergs at you because his stories are in the millions word-wise and only really has like half the reviews/popularity of your big stories. Part of me feels like I'm Necron-lite in terms of spergy criticism, but that's prolly me complaining about lemons in a battle-centric fanfic.

Now the long-awaited moment of giving my feedback of the wham moment: the unmark spoilers of YYGDM-01’s Wrath of the Defiants. Despite Shin-YYGDM ending, it’s like readers still want to see the original YYGDM-01’s closure, feeling it’s all for nothing.
The A/Ns reveals a lot of unmark spoilers of YYGDM-01/Defiants, including the name of the climax villain and the Paradius duo (Shin-YYGDM) sought to overthrow in the author’s personal omniversal layer: Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01). That’s right, the climax following the founders (YYGDM-01) defeats SOUJA-Cain (YYGDM-01), Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) reveals himself as the true mastermind. Yami Ghidorah’s power level is confirmed to be A LOT STRONGER than Zeed X and Universal X, I am not kidding about this. Takato (YYGDM-01) (with a final fanon power-up will make him A LOT STRONGER than Zeed X and Universal X, Moon (YYGDM-01) becoming Cosmos the second (and final for the Sailor Wars) time (and also A LOT STRONGER than Zeed X and Universal X, and White Houou Mars (YYGDM-01) are the three heroes to finally end Ghidorah (YYGDM-01)’s existence. The finale reveals the origins/connections of the Kuiper Belts (YYGDM-01) and the Ora Guardians (YYGDM-01).
DF-616 (that includes Burizalor and the Digital Warlord) are involved in Defiants/YYGDM-01’s climax, and likewise for the Shin-YYGDM cast in traverse to Kanius’s omniversal layer in why they’re involve in confronting Yami Ghidorah and his Yami forces.
Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) gives a huge symbolization for Kanius (SSJ4Takeru) ever since he first appeared in YYGDM-01’s Invasion of the Rajita in the 2000s. Not only that he’s the first true Knight of Cerebus that is a greater threat level than Pharaohmon (YYGDM-01), alongside being a Complete Monster, but he’s the first in the author’s history to not be properly defeated by the heroes towards the end of Invasion of the Rajita, and the heroes manage to only survive by luck (in a dark twist) thanks to Yami Houou (YYGDM-01) appearing and brutally killed the Rajita warlord. Since then, it is a huge meta reason why YYGDM-01 is a blessing and an actual curse of why looking back that it’s a long term Shonen mega crossover anime that brings good stories to readers alongside forming the Triad, yet brings creative differences/disagreements and other hardships. Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) himself hasn’t made a return for a long time, and only appeared in flashbacks, not even a cameo in Niflheim back in Valkyrie Advent. A version of Crystal!Ghidorah appeared in an AU Sailor Moon Crystal dimension in Cross Generations. Then, Shin-YYGDM release and re-introduce Ghidorah (Shin-YYGDM) in the first arc finally allowing these heroes to fight and properly defeat the Rajita Warlord in their own hands. Because of this cathartic change, the Shin-YYGDM dimension makes progress in their crossover adventures and finally have the chance to complete their Defiants storyline (including defeating all three Rajita warlords in their combined form). Defiants/YYGDM-01, on the other hand, has sadly yet to reach that, but the outline finally shows Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01)’s return in its climax, Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) is like a culmination of the fanfic curse (it feels more personal than even Zeed X) that tormented Kanius for so so long, after over two decades in real-life, the YYGDM-01 heroes will finally get their one last chance to finally end Ghidorah (YYGDM-01)’s existence (especially Takato, Mars, and Moon dealing the finishing blow) and the first step to slowly move forward (though still not yet, especially since they still have to deal with the repercussions of Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) successfully tampering the Source as one example, until YYGDM-01’s Sailor Wars and Moon (YYGDM-01)’s passing).
Remember the Kanius Production Timeline where the eras are categorized like the Conceptual Years? We look back at the era of the Dark Years for a newfound analytic retrospective, the late 2000s (2006-2009) and you were once a huge Naruto fan before the Recreational Years with DBZ Kai that inspired DFKai and the Triad. 2008 relating to the Dark Years had Toonami initially ended, before made its grand return in 2012. The Marvel Cinematic Universe with the first Iron Man and Dragon Ball Kai release in Japan were released to the world, these two as the significant factors of transitioning the end of the Dark Years and into the Recreational Years. Relating to Mazoku Huntress in FictionPress is another Dark Year retrospective of original works were first thought off before the author officially starts writing his first novel in 2017. Invasion of the Rajita was released in 2006 in that Dark Years era, with Kaiser Ghidorah is created of why the Dark Years connects to the fanfic curse. Not only that, but the Dark Years introduced the conception of Cain Bearer (first appear in Sailor Moon Galaxy Stars in 2006 before his YYGDM-01 self appears), the Kuiper Belt Senshi (first appear in 2008), and to an extension the Ora Guardians; decades later comes full circle in Defiants/YYGDM-01 for these characters alongside the Beast Spirits, Ghidorah and Yami Houou (even the Metas when the Chimeras first appeared, and the Valkyries when Kotori became a Valkyrie and the Planetary Senshi gain Valkyrie forms; which they first appear in Rajita in 2006’s Dark Years) having closure of why these characters were created in the first place relating to Kanius (and to an extension, how these characters connect to the Sailor Moon fandom of why Sailor Moon is the top main hierarchy in the YYGDM-01 dimension and Kanius’s fictional omniverse layer/The Source (Galaxy Cauldron)) returning to the past in confronting his personal past demons relating to the Dark Years. Galaxy Stars and Witchblade Sakura’s conception back in the Dark Years does relate to these stories now being unfinished/cancelled, but, while the Final Years in CG’s Omniversal War does bring Witchblade Sakura closure as a ‘loose’ Fully Absorbed Finale; Defiants/YYGDM-01 brings another ‘loose’ Fully Absorbed Finale for both of these two at once (though Witchblade Sakura is not going to appear, CG was their final appearance), going from Galaxy Stars’s inspirations for YYGDM-01 like a version of Cain and SOUJA appearing (Alongside Ghidorah’s return loosely based off Galaxy Stars’ Ghidorah being referred), to the concept of alternate endings first thought off back in Witchblade Sakura that is now being brought back from meta development hell for this first announcement of Defiants/YYGDM-01’s alternate ending in the works.
It reveals the events of Neo-Crystal Tokyo, including how it was first formed (with the global depower, with Moon using all of the JOEs to create a separate dimension called Neo-Crystal Tokyo, where those and that includes Metas want to keep their powers are living in this utopic realm, time passes for a millennia until the Zero Reverse of 5D’s has that realm merge back to YYGDM-01 just in time for the 30th century), the Taiyoukai War, the Sailor Wars, and Sailor Moon (YYGDM-01)’s passing after becoming Cosmos the final time and defeating Chaos (the actual Chaos, not Sailor Charon being the primordial force’s host). So the ending of YYGDM-01 and the author’s fanfictions as a whole is going to be bittersweet, the heroes finally going to move forward when it’s also finally too late.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal actually existing in YYGDM-01, we thought only the XYZ cards are used, but Lazer suggested it to appear of Defiants taking place in-between Zexal I and II, as if YYGDM-01 is already big enough as it is for too many mega crossover characters, and not a lot of general readers didn’t watch much of Zexal. Yuma could have made a cameo in the Omniversal War of Cross Generations/Ascendancy. It is also confirmed that some of the Digimon Xros Wars characters are going to get involved in Defiants/YYGDM-01, which me and Kanius wonder what is Lazer actually planning.
Called it that the Warlord returns back to the afterlife and Burizalor continues being pure evil back to his home dimension. What’s surprising is that Burizalor got info of Aya’s tech and a piece in creating a clone of Zagato for further conflicts with the Ascendants.
The title of the final chapter of Defiants/YYGDM-01 is an apology in winning me back of representing that this future final chapter will be the final fandom chapter written by Kanius in life. The meaning of the ‘final curtain’ relates to long periods of fanfic writing, and now it will finally come to an end, it also reminds me of Spectacular Spider-Man’s final episode before it was sadly canceled prematurely, only that YYGDM-01 will plan its conclusion many many years later. The appearance of Isan is another apology, since Kanius compares him to Terry McGinnis and sharing the same voice actor, as someone being the descendant of the Tamers is someone representing freedom of not sharing the same fate as YYGDM-01’s heroic predecessors (So Isan is like the Batman Beyond of the YYGDM-01 heroes/founders’ Justice League) and moving forward on his own terms. Isan pairing up with the leader of the Oppositio Senshi is a surprising and interesting couple to see, them kissing pays tribute to Usagi/Mamoru kiss in the last scene of the 1990 anime’s final episode, a fitting book end for Sailor Moon and its mega crossover sequel (only that YYGDM-01’s lifespan is longer than Sailor Moon’s).
(Me politely and remorsefully bowed) So I’m sincerely sorry to all readers reading this review and ourselves, because although Shin-YYGDM has been a good experience and especially writing Defiants, it honestly at times delayed the author’s novel writing despite writing some inspiring concepts relating to it, specific people refuses to leave you alone of wanting to see the original mainstream YYGDM-01’s conclusion (while general readers (and even the author’s old friends/acquaintances like Dark Qiviut that once followed YYGDM-01) move on from it and/or find YYGDM-01 hard to get into for many reasons in the author’s A/N in the first chapter). Another realistic reason for why Arc III was written to celebrate Across Dimension’s 10th anniversary is saving the author’s life from Chaosblazer’s imposements.
Imagine without a lot of creative differences of YYGDM-01 (while imagine writing the series finale had it not been these disagreements) resulting in the author’s burnout after 15 years of writing it for so long, we would have likely gotten Defiants/YYGDM-01 and its Neo-Crystal Tokyo epilogue to actually be complete around 2022 and officially be free from the fanfic curse. Instead, Defiants of Shin-YYGDM actually and officially takes over the fateful event in 2022 of being like a ‘spiritual successor series finale’ of the YYGDM franchise as a whole, and have long ways to go before YYGDM-01’s sunrise, yet still reveals all these unmarked spoilers of Defiants/YYGDM-01 to finally reveal at last.
When Defiants/YYGDM-01 will arrive (and I have no problem if the tentative date of Nov 30, 2023 being push back on purpose due to real-life priorities), as the author mentions, this will have the biggest space out updates, meaning there’s NO scheduled dates (This is to show we’re already officially DONE with YYGDM in getting away from the fanfic curse since the final Gaiden and Shin-YYGDM’s completion, and that doing Defiants/YYGDM-01 is simply a hobby and no longer a professional chore), especially Darth Necron (That Kanius is officially DONE with his crap (he pretty much stands out, even myself/Lazer/Chaos/Generic Reviewer has NEVER pushed Kanius this far, since it’s not out of annoyance/anger (alongside being nervous/anxious/intimidated (I remember Kanius mentioned feeling ‘intimidated’ when dealing with Lazer’s critics at times), it’s outright hostility towards Darth Necron. Another contrast is this is similar to VH Segment 8 of talking out to Chaos and Lazer and patching things up with care, only that it’s a 180 for the non-apologetic Darth Necron.) and never again will his cynicism dictates Kanius’s fate and destiny) and the minority to hear.

Overall Thoughts: Shin-YYGDM being the first of the new triad stories to be completed is the first actual step of breaking the fanfic curse. Up until now, though CG ended back in 2018, it doesn’t count relating to the old triad’s closure due to YYGDM-01 being the only remaining one yet. Even PV/UL don’t count since their early drafts. Shin-YYGDM finally averts this as showing the signs of cracks that the fanfic curse is starting to end. In fact, the fanfic curse already ended not long after Shin-YYGDM’s completion with the Defiants/YYGDM-01 full outline spoilers. Until the original YYGDM-01’s revival as the Unreboot with Wrath of the Defiants. Shin-YYGDM’s final arc is currently what we got (2003 - 2022). After two decades, we’re free from this long term curse, it has been lifted, Frodo: “It’s done.”, freedom to finally move forward, to the point I tiredly chuckle and dyingly crying in relief of being released from this burden.

DF-616 (that includes Burizalor and the Digital Warlord) are involved in Defiants/YYGDM-01’s climax, and likewise for the Shin-YYGDM cast in traverse to Kanius’s omniversal layer in why they’re involve in confronting Yami Ghidorah and his Yami forces.
Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) gives a huge symbolization for Kanius (SSJ4Takeru) ever since he first appeared in YYGDM-01’s Invasion of the Rajita in the 2000s. Not only that he’s the first true Knight of Cerebus that is a greater threat level than Pharaohmon (YYGDM-01), alongside being a Complete Monster, but he’s the first in the author’s history to not be properly defeated by the heroes towards the end of Invasion of the Rajita, and the heroes manage to only survive by luck (in a dark twist) thanks to Yami Houou (YYGDM-01) appearing and brutally killed the Rajita warlord. Since then, it is a huge meta reason why YYGDM-01 is a blessing and an actual curse of why looking back that it’s a long term Shonen mega crossover anime that brings good stories to readers alongside forming the Triad, yet brings creative differences/disagreements and other hardships. Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) himself hasn’t made a return for a long time, and only appeared in flashbacks, not even a cameo in Niflheim back in Valkyrie Advent. A version of Crystal!Ghidorah appeared in an AU Sailor Moon Crystal dimension in Cross Generations. Then, Shin-YYGDM release and re-introduce Ghidorah (Shin-YYGDM) in the first arc finally allowing these heroes to fight and properly defeat the Rajita Warlord in their own hands. Because of this cathartic change, the Shin-YYGDM dimension makes progress in their crossover adventures and finally have the chance to complete their Defiants storyline (including defeating all three Rajita warlords in their combined form). Defiants/YYGDM-01, on the other hand, has sadly yet to reach that, but the outline finally shows Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01)’s return in its climax, Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) is like a culmination of the fanfic curse (it feels more personal than even Zeed X) that tormented Kanius for so so long, after over two decades in real-life, the YYGDM-01 heroes will finally get their one last chance to finally end Ghidorah (YYGDM-01)’s existence (especially Takato, Mars, and Moon dealing the finishing blow) and the first step to slowly move forward (though still not yet, especially since they still have to deal with the repercussions of Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) successfully tampering the Source as one example, until YYGDM-01’s Sailor Wars and Moon (YYGDM-01)’s passing).
Remember the Kanius Production Timeline where the eras are categorized like the Conceptual Years? We look back at the era of the Dark Years for a newfound analytic retrospective, the late 2000s (2006-2009) and you were once a huge Naruto fan before the Recreational Years with DBZ Kai that inspired DFKai and the Triad. 2008 relating to the Dark Years had Toonami initially ended, before made its grand return in 2012. The Marvel Cinematic Universe with the first Iron Man and Dragon Ball Kai release in Japan were released to the world, these two as the significant factors of transitioning the end of the Dark Years and into the Recreational Years. Relating to Mazoku Huntress in FictionPress is another Dark Year retrospective of original works were first thought off before the author officially starts writing his first novel in 2017. Invasion of the Rajita was released in 2006 in that Dark Years era, with Kaiser Ghidorah is created of why the Dark Years connects to the fanfic curse. Not only that, but the Dark Years introduced the conception of Cain Bearer (first appear in Sailor Moon Galaxy Stars in 2006 before his YYGDM-01 self appears), the Kuiper Belt Senshi (first appear in 2008), and to an extension the Ora Guardians; decades later comes full circle in Defiants/YYGDM-01 for these characters alongside the Beast Spirits, Ghidorah and Yami Houou (even the Metas when the Chimeras first appeared, and the Valkyries when Kotori became a Valkyrie and the Planetary Senshi gain Valkyrie forms; which they first appear in Rajita in 2006’s Dark Years) having closure of why these characters were created in the first place relating to Kanius (and to an extension, how these characters connect to the Sailor Moon fandom of why Sailor Moon is the top main hierarchy in the YYGDM-01 dimension and Kanius’s fictional omniverse layer/The Source (Galaxy Cauldron)) returning to the past in confronting his personal past demons relating to the Dark Years. Galaxy Stars and Witchblade Sakura’s conception back in the Dark Years does relate to these stories now being unfinished/cancelled, but, while the Final Years in CG’s Omniversal War does bring Witchblade Sakura closure as a ‘loose’ Fully Absorbed Finale; Defiants/YYGDM-01 brings another ‘loose’ Fully Absorbed Finale for both of these two at once (though Witchblade Sakura is not going to appear, CG was their final appearance), going from Galaxy Stars’s inspirations for YYGDM-01 like a version of Cain and SOUJA appearing (Alongside Ghidorah’s return loosely based off Galaxy Stars’ Ghidorah being referred), to the concept of alternate endings first thought off back in Witchblade Sakura that is now being brought back from meta development hell for this first announcement of Defiants/YYGDM-01’s alternate ending in the works.
It reveals the events of Neo-Crystal Tokyo, including how it was first formed (with the global depower, with Moon using all of the JOEs to create a separate dimension called Neo-Crystal Tokyo, where those and that includes Metas want to keep their powers are living in this utopic realm, time passes for a millennia until the Zero Reverse of 5D’s has that realm merge back to YYGDM-01 just in time for the 30th century), the Taiyoukai War, the Sailor Wars, and Sailor Moon (YYGDM-01)’s passing after becoming Cosmos the final time and defeating Chaos (the actual Chaos, not Sailor Charon being the primordial force’s host). So the ending of YYGDM-01 and the author’s fanfictions as a whole is going to be bittersweet, the heroes finally going to move forward when it’s also finally too late.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal actually existing in YYGDM-01, we thought only the XYZ cards are used, but Lazer suggested it to appear of Defiants taking place in-between Zexal I and II, as if YYGDM-01 is already big enough as it is for too many mega crossover characters, and not a lot of general readers didn’t watch much of Zexal. Yuma could have made a cameo in the Omniversal War of Cross Generations/Ascendancy. It is also confirmed that some of the Digimon Xros Wars characters are going to get involved in Defiants/YYGDM-01, which me and Kanius wonder what is Lazer actually planning.
Called it that the Warlord returns back to the afterlife and Burizalor continues being pure evil back to his home dimension. What’s surprising is that Burizalor got info of Aya’s tech and a piece in creating a clone of Zagato for further conflicts with the Ascendants.
The title of the final chapter of Defiants/YYGDM-01 is an apology in winning me back of representing that this future final chapter will be the final fandom chapter written by Kanius in life. The meaning of the ‘final curtain’ relates to long periods of fanfic writing, and now it will finally come to an end, it also reminds me of Spectacular Spider-Man’s final episode before it was sadly canceled prematurely, only that YYGDM-01 will plan its conclusion many many years later. The appearance of Isan is another apology, since Kanius compares him to Terry McGinnis and sharing the same voice actor, as someone being the descendant of the Tamers is someone representing freedom of not sharing the same fate as YYGDM-01’s heroic predecessors (So Isan is like the Batman Beyond of the YYGDM-01 heroes/founders’ Justice League) and moving forward on his own terms. Isan pairing up with the leader of the Oppositio Senshi is a surprising and interesting couple to see, them kissing pays tribute to Usagi/Mamoru kiss in the last scene of the 1990 anime’s final episode, a fitting book end for Sailor Moon and its mega crossover sequel (only that YYGDM-01’s lifespan is longer than Sailor Moon’s).
(Me politely and remorsefully bowed) So I’m sincerely sorry to all readers reading this review and ourselves, because although Shin-YYGDM has been a good experience and especially writing Defiants, it honestly at times delayed the author’s novel writing despite writing some inspiring concepts relating to it, specific people refuses to leave you alone of wanting to see the original mainstream YYGDM-01’s conclusion (while general readers (and even the author’s old friends/acquaintances like Dark Qiviut that once followed YYGDM-01) move on from it and/or find YYGDM-01 hard to get into for many reasons in the author’s A/N in the first chapter). Another realistic reason for why Arc III was written to celebrate Across Dimension’s 10th anniversary is saving the author’s life from Chaosblazer’s imposements.
Imagine without a lot of creative differences of YYGDM-01 (while imagine writing the series finale had it not been these disagreements) resulting in the author’s burnout after 15 years of writing it for so long, we would have likely gotten Defiants/YYGDM-01 and its Neo-Crystal Tokyo epilogue to actually be complete around 2022 and officially be free from the fanfic curse. Instead, Defiants of Shin-YYGDM actually and officially takes over the fateful event in 2022 of being like a ‘spiritual successor series finale’ of the YYGDM franchise as a whole, and have long ways to go before YYGDM-01’s sunrise, yet still reveals all these unmarked spoilers of Defiants/YYGDM-01 to finally reveal at last.
When Defiants/YYGDM-01 will arrive (and I have no problem if the tentative date of Nov 30, 2023 being push back on purpose due to real-life priorities), as the author mentions, this will have the biggest space out updates, meaning there’s NO scheduled dates (This is to show we’re already officially DONE with YYGDM in getting away from the fanfic curse since the final Gaiden and Shin-YYGDM’s completion, and that doing Defiants/YYGDM-01 is simply a hobby and no longer a professional chore), especially Darth Necron (That Kanius is officially DONE with his crap (he pretty much stands out, even myself/Lazer/Chaos/Generic Reviewer has NEVER pushed Kanius this far, since it’s not out of annoyance/anger (alongside being nervous/anxious/intimidated (I remember Kanius mentioned feeling ‘intimidated’ when dealing with Lazer’s critics at times), it’s outright hostility towards Darth Necron. Another contrast is this is similar to VH Segment 8 of talking out to Chaos and Lazer and patching things up with care, only that it’s a 180 for the non-apologetic Darth Necron.) and never again will his cynicism dictates Kanius’s fate and destiny) and the minority to hear.

Overall Thoughts: Shin-YYGDM being the first of the new triad stories to be completed is the first actual step of breaking the fanfic curse. Up until now, though CG ended back in 2018, it doesn’t count relating to the old triad’s closure due to YYGDM-01 being the only remaining one yet. Even PV/UL don’t count since their early drafts. Shin-YYGDM finally averts this as showing the signs of cracks that the fanfic curse is starting to end. In fact, the fanfic curse already ended not long after Shin-YYGDM’s completion with the Defiants/YYGDM-01 full outline spoilers. Until the original YYGDM-01’s revival as the Unreboot with Wrath of the Defiants. Shin-YYGDM’s final arc is currently what we got (2003 - 2022). After two decades, we’re free from this long term curse, it has been lifted, Frodo: “It’s done.”, freedom to finally move forward, to the point I tiredly chuckle and dyingly crying in relief of being released from this burden.

This is it. The final chapter of the reboot of YuYuGiDigiMoon. This is the showdown between Shin-YYGDM’s heroes and the Paradius duo (alongside the Yami Hōō, clones of the Rajta Warlords, and the Earthbound Gods).
The Paradius duo reveals their endgame in controlling half of the heroes to become their chaotic warriors, and intend to breach to your omniversal layer and to dimension YYGDM-01 (Heh, nice comparison to the Snyder Cut, considering how mainstream YYGDM-01 Defiants will be a grander scale), where they will face Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01). That’s right, it’s blatantly revealing this spoiler of the real villain of Defiants/YYGDM-01, which a lot of details are talk about below.
Cosmos and Chaos arrive. And so does Millenniummon’s new form being a counterpart to ChaosMillenniummon (YYGDM-01). And so, Shin-YYGDM’s take on Avengers: Endgame commences of both sides clashing with each other. Finally, Megidramon X makes his debut as Takato (controlled) (Shin-YYGDM)’s dark evolution. Fun fact, I remember a decade ago that I was originally suggesting Kanius on email of Takato (YYGDM-01) becoming Megidramon X in D-Reaper’s Fury till NegaMegidramon was used, now it’s finally seen in Shin-YYGDM. All of the heroes are rescued. The Rajita Warlords’ combined form (and with Venus having her time to shine in defeating the Warlords), Yami Hōō (and combine with the Rajita Warlords, leading to the birth of White Hōō to finally defeat her dark clone; yes, these related concepts from Cornerverse/Shinnen finally makes it to canon) and the Earthbound Gods are defeated. Leading to the Paradius duo remain.
And here we have the scene with the army of cosplayers. Here’s a history lesson of this inspiration. The original D-Fusion’s series finale (Millenniummon Saga) climax has shown the multiverse sending their energies for the Universal Life Bomb as the first moment of the mega crossover guest appearances/cameos in 2005. Then, the second time happens in YYGDM-01/Dawn of Chaos in Chapters 61 - 62 around 2014 that this time the heroes directly interact with the mega crossover characters as part of the climax against the Paradais duo, unlike the original D-Fusion however, YYGDM-01 continues after DoC with Cross Generations marks the third time the involvement of mega crossover characters happen and especially the Omniversal War as the climax in 2018 alongside the Source within the Galaxy Cauldron in culminating your omniversal layer, leading to Defiants being the sole inevitable series finale following Cross Generations’s conclusion. Outside of your omniversal layer, Shin-YYGDM does a spiritual successor to this, but with a twist. The army of cosplayers share to every general reader with different interests of pop culture works that crossover together as being audiences for the final battles against the Paradius duo. It relates to how every fan-reader exposed to official stuff they grew up with in different lives and how they got into reading different fanfictions back in the day. Now free of the confinements of YYGDM-01’s restricted layer, all the roster expands to pretty much every generational pop culture work (still pre-2020 onward since it’s December 2019) that feels like a huge accomplishment of being more open minded and being relatable to real-life of humans growing up with different lives. Compare to YYGDM-01’s restricted selections that are more of 1990s-2000s anime with selective personal canon western animation cartoons like the DCAU, Shin-YYGDM’s take expands a lot (such as why there’s a lot of Hannah Barbara cartoons being mentioned of drawing in more Western Animation mentions besides Anime, Video Games, Live-Action Films). Even works that are hardly talked about today than back when they and its fandoms were in their prime back in the day. 2022 is the 30 year anniversary of Cartoon Network, of how CN did their crossover promos back in the day in the 1990s and early 2000s, alongside their 20th anniversary celebration back in 2012. So this scene pretty much tributes that for the all-star celebration. With so much pop culture works being mentioned and at times hard to keep track of everything, I come to terms in remind why mega crossover fanfictions are at times hard to follow and can get overboard. That’s another reason why Shin-YYGDM is worth it in the long run relating to the legacy of fanfictions. Having Kanius remembering all these related experiences ever since he first started writing fanfiction in 1998.
Millenniummon is defeated, only to be backstabbed by Charon, as Charon becomes gigantic in attempting to destroy this dimension and going to challenge Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) by herself. Even Athena’s temporary sacrifice does little, as this reminds me of Athena (YYGDM-01)’s sacrifice back in Cross Generations by Zamasmon. Meanwhile, Cain (Shin-YYGDM) showing guilt, decides to truly take action in make things right in becoming the hero deserve, by talking to the SOUJA Core, this loosely reference the part when Omega X (DF-616) interacts with the Overseer in Cross Generations in saving his friends from Zeed X, at the cost of his own life (It really shows how completely different the Shin-YYGDM version is compare to his mainstream YYGDM-01 self who remains ‘comic book’ petty even after learning of his wife’s killer and Charon (YYGDM-01) defeated, and that Cain (YYGDM-01)’s paranoia is so fucked up great enough to be the main antagonist of YYGDM-01’s final story). This (besides another inspiration from Tony’s sacrifice in Endgame) shows Cain (Shin-YYGDM) sacrifices himself (and reunites with his wife in passing on, while the rest of the casualties are brought back to life) to give the heroes the final push in defeating Charon in removing Chaos out and regresses her back to her pathetic state. Pluto finally takes her revenge slow and painfully, as Charon finally ceases to exist for good.
The war is over, and the Shin-YYGDM heroes have won. Though because of the Paradius duo affected the fabrics of the universe, the world has to undergo a millennia restoration event by the start of next year. And such, Christmas celebrations happen for the characters to have their final moments of 2019. Wallace, Nadeshiko, and Hitsuki are married as a mark of the end of the Adventure Digidestined’s stories in the present. It is just cathartic of these celebrations of experiencing this early that the YYGDM-01 version has yet to reach their events.
Millennia Somnus happens. And Crystal Tokyo is born.
The heroes and characters have their new lives. We finally, finally get to see the adult Adventure/02 Digidestined and their children from the Adventure 02 epilogue for the very first time in your stories, I mean, back then it was controversial when it was first shown two decades ago, vindicated by history passes of warming up to it since Adventure tri and Last Evolution movies were released in inspiring Shin-YYGDM in finally showing this the first time in seeing it more positively, this is one of the biggest moments in relating to the final Rebuild of Evangelion movie’s epilogue and Arthur’s final episode, for real of it’s relating to yourself that it’s time to grow up responsibly in the real world of being mature and wiser. Surprise of seeing DFKai tributes/elements like Omegamon Kai, a NeoDevimon playing the role of tributing the starter villain from Season 1, Max and Keke, and surprisingly the mention of a digital tyrant (Oh god, I figure is that Burizalor? :O (And also tributing Kurizalor relating to the epilogue of Cross Generations). Shin-YYGDM finally adds Appmons, the cameos of the Digimon Ghost Game, Link Summons (That’s a good reason why Vampire Sucker, Vampire Fascinator, and Oyuki are Link Monsters. With more Synchro and Link Monsters around in Crystal Tokyo shows another good reason why Homusubi and Oyuki are another additions of perspective characters relating to Japanese Mythology.), and Rush Duels in a YYGDM related setting.
This ends with Moon and her friends are about to face the actual Sailor Chaos in the Sailor Wars. Should they survive this war alongside other conflicts, then, they will finally have the chance to travel to the mainstream YYGDM-01 dimension in helping these heroes against Yami Ghidorah. But, it’ll take many many real-life years before it will happen, and even we do not know due to real-life priorities.
After so many decades, even if we’re still not in the mainstream YYGDM’s series finale, we finally have something that we, our friends, and readers finally experience in a different form (Shin-YYGDM).

In response to the special commentary of how I first got into literature. I recall of first reading children’s picture books that first got into literature. I remember Dr. Seuss, The Berenstain Bears, Richard Scarry, dinosaur-related books, and of course Arthur (of while I remember seeing the TV series, which after many seasons has ended). Reading texts without pictures was tough for me at first when I was very young, especially I was raised by Asian parents that English was not their first language, making my justifications of my speech patterns and why I remember having a hard time in high school English courses of why I need a lot of help from a special program to pass my classes. As I grew older is when I was more into many literatures with full texts despite the initial difficulties. I was a huge Lord of the Rings fan, to the point I read the books after seeing the films. The books are very different and have a different writing style from Tolkien of how the fantasy worldbuilding was crafted, and allows me to read others like the Hobbit and the Silmarillion. I remember I was the person that read all of the Harry Potter books (Yes, the fictional franchise that has the most amount of fanfictions) beside following all of the movies, sadly nowadays with Rowling hating transgenders makes me question of why she purposely doing it in the first place, as if whether she doesn’t catch up with the times nowadays like other authors (and that there are other works that are more enjoyable than Harry Potter (technically, the films (as in Harry Potter films (especially by the time I watched the Deathly Hallows films makes it a satisfying ending when I first remember the great experience of seeing these in theaters), not the Fantastic Beast films) can be more enjoyable (alongside the theme park area in Universal Studios I went 10 years ago) since they are a different canon continuity from JK Rowling’s book canon), like even Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Ball, Gargoyles, Lord of the Rings/Tolkien related stuff, Jurassic Park/World, and Buffy are more enjoyable to experience; and yes, even Kanius (SSJ4Takeru)’s fanstories are MORE (I’m not kidding when I capitalize this if you’re seeing this Kanius, and why helping you a lot clearly pays off positively) entertaining/inspiring/enjoyable than Harry Potter to begin with. Bonus points, even the Star Wars prequels (alongside the Clone Wars TV Series) and the Hobbit films (and I’m looking forward to The Rings of Power show despite some mixed initial thoughts from fans) are better and enjoyable despite the mixed reception THAN the Fantastic Beast films.). Percy Jackson and related different works (like the Kane Chronicles and Magnus Chase) I read a lot of these, and they’re similar but obviously different from Harry Potter in expanding more of the outside world with mythology instead of confined to a wizarding school year in Britain (and Medieval Stasis in the wizarding world), which I’m looking forward to the coming TV series. I remember reading the Jurassic Park book in my middle school years and is surprise of how different it is from the movies, and much more violent. I remember the names of my high school English teachers: Mrs. Testa of 9th grade (Literature I: I remember reading Of Mice and Men), Mrs. Crowell in 10th grade (Literature II: I remember reading Fahrenheit 451, Macbeth and Things Fall Apart), Mrs. Gilligan of 11th grade (American Literature: I remember reading Into the Wild and The Crucible (and I remember I was afraid of watching the movie adaptation due to so much yelling scenes that it’s just unbalance and nightmarishly painful). Likewise I remember learning about Transcendentalism.), and Mrs. Conlon of 12th grade (Art of the Film, which is technically not an English course, it’s just mainly discussing films in literature analytical thoughts). Even following high school and undergraduates, the experiences of literature remains complex of having both good and tough moments, and especially following college graduation throughout the years and upon reading what Kanius said of writing fanstories out of the labor of love and being the most selfless people to entertain people from life’s dark moments, this makes me hugely realize an epiphany here.
15Allfather-FordThis is it. The final chapter of the reboot of YuYuGiDigiMoon. This is the showdown between Shin-YYGDM’s heroes and the Paradius duo (alongside the Yami Hōō, clones of the Rajta Warlords, and the Earthbound Gods).
The Paradius duo reveals their endgame in controlling half of the heroes to become their chaotic warriors, and intend to breach to your omniversal layer and to dimension YYGDM-01 (Heh, nice comparison to the Snyder Cut, considering how mainstream YYGDM-01 Defiants will be a grander scale), where they will face Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01). That’s right, it’s blatantly revealing this spoiler of the real villain of Defiants/YYGDM-01, which a lot of details are talk about below.
Cosmos and Chaos arrive. And so does Millenniummon’s new form being a counterpart to ChaosMillenniummon (YYGDM-01). And so, Shin-YYGDM’s take on Avengers: Endgame commences of both sides clashing with each other. Finally, Megidramon X makes his debut as Takato (controlled) (Shin-YYGDM)’s dark evolution. Fun fact, I remember a decade ago that I was originally suggesting Kanius on email of Takato (YYGDM-01) becoming Megidramon X in D-Reaper’s Fury till NegaMegidramon was used, now it’s finally seen in Shin-YYGDM. All of the heroes are rescued. The Rajita Warlords’ combined form (and with Venus having her time to shine in defeating the Warlords), Yami Hōō (and combine with the Rajita Warlords, leading to the birth of White Hōō to finally defeat her dark clone; yes, these related concepts from Cornerverse/Shinnen finally makes it to canon) and the Earthbound Gods are defeated. Leading to the Paradius duo remain.
And here we have the scene with the army of cosplayers. Here’s a history lesson of this inspiration. The original D-Fusion’s series finale (Millenniummon Saga) climax has shown the multiverse sending their energies for the Universal Life Bomb as the first moment of the mega crossover guest appearances/cameos in 2005. Then, the second time happens in YYGDM-01/Dawn of Chaos in Chapters 61 - 62 around 2014 that this time the heroes directly interact with the mega crossover characters as part of the climax against the Paradais duo, unlike the original D-Fusion however, YYGDM-01 continues after DoC with Cross Generations marks the third time the involvement of mega crossover characters happen and especially the Omniversal War as the climax in 2018 alongside the Source within the Galaxy Cauldron in culminating your omniversal layer, leading to Defiants being the sole inevitable series finale following Cross Generations’s conclusion. Outside of your omniversal layer, Shin-YYGDM does a spiritual successor to this, but with a twist. The army of cosplayers share to every general reader with different interests of pop culture works that crossover together as being audiences for the final battles against the Paradius duo. It relates to how every fan-reader exposed to official stuff they grew up with in different lives and how they got into reading different fanfictions back in the day. Now free of the confinements of YYGDM-01’s restricted layer, all the roster expands to pretty much every generational pop culture work (still pre-2020 onward since it’s December 2019) that feels like a huge accomplishment of being more open minded and being relatable to real-life of humans growing up with different lives. Compare to YYGDM-01’s restricted selections that are more of 1990s-2000s anime with selective personal canon western animation cartoons like the DCAU, Shin-YYGDM’s take expands a lot (such as why there’s a lot of Hannah Barbara cartoons being mentioned of drawing in more Western Animation mentions besides Anime, Video Games, Live-Action Films). Even works that are hardly talked about today than back when they and its fandoms were in their prime back in the day. 2022 is the 30 year anniversary of Cartoon Network, of how CN did their crossover promos back in the day in the 1990s and early 2000s, alongside their 20th anniversary celebration back in 2012. So this scene pretty much tributes that for the all-star celebration. With so much pop culture works being mentioned and at times hard to keep track of everything, I come to terms in remind why mega crossover fanfictions are at times hard to follow and can get overboard. That’s another reason why Shin-YYGDM is worth it in the long run relating to the legacy of fanfictions. Having Kanius remembering all these related experiences ever since he first started writing fanfiction in 1998.
Millenniummon is defeated, only to be backstabbed by Charon, as Charon becomes gigantic in attempting to destroy this dimension and going to challenge Yami Ghidorah (YYGDM-01) by herself. Even Athena’s temporary sacrifice does little, as this reminds me of Athena (YYGDM-01)’s sacrifice back in Cross Generations by Zamasmon. Meanwhile, Cain (Shin-YYGDM) showing guilt, decides to truly take action in make things right in becoming the hero deserve, by talking to the SOUJA Core, this loosely reference the part when Omega X (DF-616) interacts with the Overseer in Cross Generations in saving his friends from Zeed X, at the cost of his own life (It really shows how completely different the Shin-YYGDM version is compare to his mainstream YYGDM-01 self who remains ‘comic book’ petty even after learning of his wife’s killer and Charon (YYGDM-01) defeated, and that Cain (YYGDM-01)’s paranoia is so fucked up great enough to be the main antagonist of YYGDM-01’s final story). This (besides another inspiration from Tony’s sacrifice in Endgame) shows Cain (Shin-YYGDM) sacrifices himself (and reunites with his wife in passing on, while the rest of the casualties are brought back to life) to give the heroes the final push in defeating Charon in removing Chaos out and regresses her back to her pathetic state. Pluto finally takes her revenge slow and painfully, as Charon finally ceases to exist for good.
The war is over, and the Shin-YYGDM heroes have won. Though because of the Paradius duo affected the fabrics of the universe, the world has to undergo a millennia restoration event by the start of next year. And such, Christmas celebrations happen for the characters to have their final moments of 2019. Wallace, Nadeshiko, and Hitsuki are married as a mark of the end of the Adventure Digidestined’s stories in the present. It is just cathartic of these celebrations of experiencing this early that the YYGDM-01 version has yet to reach their events.
Millennia Somnus happens. And Crystal Tokyo is born.
The heroes and characters have their new lives. We finally, finally get to see the adult Adventure/02 Digidestined and their children from the Adventure 02 epilogue for the very first time in your stories, I mean, back then it was controversial when it was first shown two decades ago, vindicated by history passes of warming up to it since Adventure tri and Last Evolution movies were released in inspiring Shin-YYGDM in finally showing this the first time in seeing it more positively, this is one of the biggest moments in relating to the final Rebuild of Evangelion movie’s epilogue and Arthur’s final episode, for real of it’s relating to yourself that it’s time to grow up responsibly in the real world of being mature and wiser. Surprise of seeing DFKai tributes/elements like Omegamon Kai, a NeoDevimon playing the role of tributing the starter villain from Season 1, Max and Keke, and surprisingly the mention of a digital tyrant (Oh god, I figure is that Burizalor? :O (And also tributing Kurizalor relating to the epilogue of Cross Generations). Shin-YYGDM finally adds Appmons, the cameos of the Digimon Ghost Game, Link Summons (That’s a good reason why Vampire Sucker, Vampire Fascinator, and Oyuki are Link Monsters. With more Synchro and Link Monsters around in Crystal Tokyo shows another good reason why Homusubi and Oyuki are another additions of perspective characters relating to Japanese Mythology.), and Rush Duels in a YYGDM related setting.
This ends with Moon and her friends are about to face the actual Sailor Chaos in the Sailor Wars. Should they survive this war alongside other conflicts, then, they will finally have the chance to travel to the mainstream YYGDM-01 dimension in helping these heroes against Yami Ghidorah. But, it’ll take many many real-life years before it will happen, and even we do not know due to real-life priorities.
After so many decades, even if we’re still not in the mainstream YYGDM’s series finale, we finally have something that we, our friends, and readers finally experience in a different form (Shin-YYGDM).

In response to the special commentary of how I first got into literature. I recall of first reading children’s picture books that first got into literature. I remember Dr. Seuss, The Berenstain Bears, Richard Scarry, dinosaur-related books, and of course Arthur (of while I remember seeing the TV series, which after many seasons has ended). Reading texts without pictures was tough for me at first when I was very young, especially I was raised by Asian parents that English was not their first language, making my justifications of my speech patterns and why I remember having a hard time in high school English courses of why I need a lot of help from a special program to pass my classes. As I grew older is when I was more into many literatures with full texts despite the initial difficulties. I was a huge Lord of the Rings fan, to the point I read the books after seeing the films. The books are very different and have a different writing style from Tolkien of how the fantasy worldbuilding was crafted, and allows me to read others like the Hobbit and the Silmarillion. I remember I was the person that read all of the Harry Potter books (Yes, the fictional franchise that has the most amount of fanfictions) beside following all of the movies, sadly nowadays with Rowling hating transgenders makes me question of why she purposely doing it in the first place, as if whether she doesn’t catch up with the times nowadays like other authors (and that there are other works that are more enjoyable than Harry Potter (technically, the films (as in Harry Potter films (especially by the time I watched the Deathly Hallows films makes it a satisfying ending when I first remember the great experience of seeing these in theaters), not the Fantastic Beast films) can be more enjoyable (alongside the theme park area in Universal Studios I went 10 years ago) since they are a different canon continuity from JK Rowling’s book canon), like even Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Ball, Gargoyles, Lord of the Rings/Tolkien related stuff, Jurassic Park/World, and Buffy are more enjoyable to experience; and yes, even Kanius (SSJ4Takeru)’s fanstories are MORE (I’m not kidding when I capitalize this if you’re seeing this Kanius, and why helping you a lot clearly pays off positively) entertaining/inspiring/enjoyable than Harry Potter to begin with. Bonus points, even the Star Wars prequels (alongside the Clone Wars TV Series) and the Hobbit films (and I’m looking forward to The Rings of Power show despite some mixed initial thoughts from fans) are better and enjoyable despite the mixed reception THAN the Fantastic Beast films.). Percy Jackson and related different works (like the Kane Chronicles and Magnus Chase) I read a lot of these, and they’re similar but obviously different from Harry Potter in expanding more of the outside world with mythology instead of confined to a wizarding school year in Britain (and Medieval Stasis in the wizarding world), which I’m looking forward to the coming TV series. I remember reading the Jurassic Park book in my middle school years and is surprise of how different it is from the movies, and much more violent. I really liked the takes on all the characters in this alternate verse story, including the senshi who got paired with different characters
all those pre-defiant ideas that are shown are pretty deep, seeing weather or not they get put into execution is another.

The d-reaper, I did npt see this coming. I remember the tamers series, especially with J-reaper showing up. poor Juri for remember her nightmare-ish moments. At least they defeat it ( I wonder if ghost game will pull out something similar)

The beginning of the end and it goes off with a bang! Loads of battles which illustrated the characters involved with the big Lucemon and D-Reaper battles being the paramount for the Digimon fights.
The Sailor Guardian's deal with their clones/bizzaro forms in good fashion and the whole attacked by nanomachine's for everyone else really was like from Age of Ultron kind of deal. Man RIP to Grace even though she was part of the antagonist side, she at least had Cain's humanity in mind due to his vendetta against all super powered beings.
Though when Sharon and the prophet are involved, anything or anyone is used to meet their ends. Cain actually fusing with SOUJA was cool and showcased his determination though for the wrong reasons and I bet it was a blow to his pride seeing Sailor Moon have compassion for him along with finding out the troll Sharon being the one to take his wife and foster daughter.
Now the battle to determine if the future really will happen is set and who knows what's going to happen next. Will Pluto deal with her sister and put an end to this millennium grudge?
Side note, really digging this version of the Senshi's kids and Daiki getting his Hermes suit. Yes, bringing him up due to being linked to Ai who is Minako and Kurama's beloved daughter and I ship it! Though all the kids are great!

Alright...time to review a abridged Defiant War.

Ah and your version of the divine big bird for Digimon returns with less time to make the spotlight show off its luster but, oh well.
But enough of that...more Ultron knock off's to trash, and trash they did...and after enough of that lets trash some Demon Digimon to boot along with...the Decepticons? Sort of I guess.
Eh...hard to get TO much of a impact for enemies that only interact mostly as paragraphs but...nice to see Wizardmon return I guess... and I guess Grand Drac goes down quickly to contrast how much of a pain he is for prime Ken and that time as a boss in Hacker's Memory.
Also lol...at least this one corrected the mistake that is Negamon...( Kicks Negamon in the heart) Make Zeed a joke just so you can lumber around as a rip off of FMA's Pride eh? Right...
But after a few Dio/ Frezia moments Lucemon X joins the rest of the exe's back in hell...
But to move back the Sailor's have there own showdowns with the clowns...Moon's Bizarro has a lot less time to leave a impact I suppose.

Oh right, its Trask who helped...not the Devil Gundam...though Devil Gundam being in this would have been cool but alas, another time.
Anyway we get that Justice Leauge Unlimited vibe as Cain goes full god complex, but since the hero's don't even throw all there trump cards to take him down...he's far short of reaching that transcendence...I'll just say I really hope the original version's final boss is not him...guess we will see...he's lucky the hero's still save his sorry ass after all that.
And so of course we got the supreme evil partners in crime revealing the extent of there wickedness as we enter the final phase of the Shin YuYuDigiMoon saga...since a good chunk of the original version of the clash in Dawn of Chaos was done a few chapters ago I'm curious if they are now going to take aspects of Zeed X's clash or go somewhere else...only one way to find out.

Lucemon was a good fight, and so was Vamdemon's short one. Millenniummon eating the final boss of Adventure 2020 was funny and justified, but there's that edgy part of me who dislikes Millenniummon's idiotic power level lore enough (I blame BUY WONDERSWANS Ryo) to think he deserved to die to a vanilla mega like WarGreymon in that trainwreck. Didn't help the final boss of 2020 was kinda fun and had a neat premise behind it despite the show being ultra shallow.
J-Reaper/ADR-01 Kaiju was a neat concept but personally it deserved a bit more other than be the super boss version of that raccoon from the Guilty Crown thing. Hell I kinda wish Juri did more than freeze up, but PTSD is a bitch.
SOULJA units are kinda boring but I understand prototyping for the final story. Cain Bearer was a fool to the bitter end.

The heroes have faced many diverse adversaries in the past, now they are facing the ones they are sworn to protect: mankind. And here it shows the Defiant battles all over the place, both in the real world and the Digital World (the Digital World part, since Digimon Adventure is inspired by Narnia, it reminds me of its final book (The Last Battle) and its content).
The battles in the Shin-YYGDM version since it’s an adaptation (and smaller scaled compare to the future bigger mainstream YYGDM-01 version), it does imagine being adapted to a cinematic film akin to the MCU, especially the SOUJA sentries remind of fighting Ultron sentries and Iron Man suits.
The Tamers and their related allies confronted J-Reaper. I can tell how they’re so freaked out from their old enemy, especially hearing J-Reaper’s sexual intercourses, alongside her giant super form. After a major battle, Dukemon CM finishes her off just like in Tamers’ final episode.
The Seven Sinful Rulers are taken out one by one. Lucemon X is the last one remaining, and it shows why he’s the most powerful. Heck, this is the closest to see a canon Digidestined group fighting what seems to be a close-to-canon spiritual successor of Burizalor. Unlike in Resurrection B, after one of the most difficult fights, the Digimon heroes finally defeat the morning star. A couple of his Freeza/Burizalor breakdown, Lucemon X is finally defeated.
The Sailor and Kuiper Guardians have their brawl against the Blood and Bizarro Guardians, and the clones are defeated. Anustes gives a mercy death from Pluto, knowing Charon’s abuse extends no bounds.
Grace confronts Sharon about the suspicions, only to be killed by Charon of she knows too much. Cain is shocked with grief and anger, even seeing Grace as an adopted daughter to him. Being the last straw, Cain makes a bargain with the SOUJA Prime in fusing its core with himself.
