Amazing story, but to answer your question; I think that I would have to what Servants you would want to change them too? I can see the original seven and their Master's reactions to Shirou being absolutely golden, and them would have something to contribute to this story (Medea reacting to their loyalty to each other, and Illya would be... eesh... and oh god, Sakura and Medusa...) but at the same time, having someone like Drake (bit cliché for a shake-up, but still fun), an English Anti-Hero, would also be awesome.
