Excellent chapter. The conversation between Mim and voldemort was nice. It is good that Quirrell is destroyed. It is nice that Firenze rescued Mim. The conversation between Dumbledore and Mim was fantastic.

Having the kidnapping and confrontation take place in the forest, not in a Hogwarts chamber is an interesting twist. Nicely handled. Great way to meet Firenze. Dumbledore showing up in the infirmary after all the dirty dangerous work was over is typical. Thanks for writing.

Can we hope that Ginny doesn't do the fangirl nonsense around Mim? That is tiresome and very overdone. Won't Mim be bored out of her mind at Hogwarts? Unless you plan on building up the curriculum, she'll be through it in weeks. Not only first year but likely second and third. As for Hermione, the clashing of minds.

OMG, someone who finally used reckon correctly! Whoever at the shelter alerted the press should be fired. As Mim stated, the locations are kept quiet for a reason. Bad form.

She's having a great childhood now. Still from six on a tv talk show to eight in a few sentences is growing up exceptionally fast. Too bad Hogwarts is looming on the horizon. A school in the US would be amazing and Dumbledore would be thwarted in his schemes. It's such a pleasure to see him fail.

Are you planning on a benign Dumbledore, or will he be as manipulative as in canon? When it gets down to fundamentals, he basically wasn't a nice per son. Will Sirius be involved in Mim's life or will he be quietly disposed off? Doing a complete reread as it's been a while and a lot of detail forgotten. Second time is just as enjoyable as the first. Thank you.

Fantastic chapter. The conversation between Tony,Mim and Severus was awesome. It seems that Mim and tony forgot about food while working together. The conversation between Severus and Mim was wonderful. Severus’s advice is nice.

Awesome chapter. The conversation between Tony,Mim,Neville,seamus and Ron was nice. It is nice of Mim to do paintings for the Slytherins too. The conversation between Mim and tony was wonderful. It is awesome that they are staying at Hogwarts for Christmas. The conversation between Mim,Remus and tony was wonderful. What Tony said was right. The conversation between Ron,Mim,Fred,George and Percy was fantastic. Mim had the best Christmas ever.
