So, I find your story quite a bit of fun. Granted, you had to bend reality a little bit so that "our guys" are able to accept the situation without a lot of "impossible!". But it occurs to me (and maybe to you to), that if it gets out that Haley was dead and isn't dead now, I can't imagine what the people of New York will think when they hear that. Assuming they believe the news reports, I'm imagining that Tela (or at least her residence) will be mobbed with requests to resurrect dozens, hundreds, or thousands of loved ones (not to mention being able to do what she did, ie. ressurect a victim so that they can indicate who killed them. That would be a helluva situation! ;) )
Of course, in addition to mobbing her with requests, I wonder if anyone would try to kidnap her for both good and bad reasons. Hmmm...
